Summary of the work of the Sanzhiyi Agricultural Development Office

On August 28th, 2009, as a "three support and one support" college student, I came to my service place - Qinghe Township, Tongjiang City. Organize the work needs of the unit and the agronomy major I have studied, and arrange for me to work in the Agricultural Development Office . And learn the work of party building. From the time of the job to the present, there have been more than four months. Next, I will report to the district party committee and the district government on the ideological dynamics and work situation during this period.

First, the ideological dynamics

Active learning, improve thinking and understanding. I usually actively study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents"; thoroughly study the scientific anti-exhibition concept; always pay attention to major events happening at home and abroad, and conscientiously understand the party's major policies and major decisions. In particular, I personally watch CCTV's news broadcast every day, listen to the National News Network of the Central People's Broadcasting Station, and pay attention to all-day real-time news online. These have further enhanced my political acumen and the party's consciousness, strengthened my personal political beliefs, and expressed confidence in the future development of the party and the country.

Insist on learning and strictly demand yourself. As a township technician, as long as I have leisure, I will take the initiative to learn and constantly improve my own quality. I realize that to build a harmonious society and build high-quality talents. If you do not take the initiative to learn, you will be eliminated by the society. In addition to reading newspapers and reading newspapers, I also went deep into the people, learned from the people with an open mind, and seriously consulted. In combination with the reality of rural work, some practices have been carried out. But I want to test it in practice and improve it in practice. We must learn more, think more, deeply understand the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and the spirit of the 17th Central Committee of the 17th Central Committee, familiarize ourselves with the principles and policies of the party in the countryside, and also conscientiously study political theory, laws and regulations, and economic management. Such knowledge, especially agricultural technical knowledge, strives to improve its political quality, business ability, and help increase income. That is to learn the "three techniques of cultivation of cold rice", and effectively promote it, put the agricultural production construction into practice, and enable the farmers to truly understand and use, and fundamentally solve the substantive problem of relying on the heavens to eat.

I. Party building work

Dongqiang Village, Qinghe Township where I am located is a propulsion village for construction cooperatives. After arriving in the village, conduct on-the-spot investigations, as soon as possible to understand the basic situation of our village and cooperatives, and lay the foundation for better work. In the spirit of pioneering and enterprising, we are determined to assist the village cadres to build Dongqiang Village into a new countryside with “production development, ample life, civilized villages, clean villages and democratic management”.

With my meager ability, I assisted the COAG to do the following work:

1. Handling village-related forms. This year, it is mainly the materials for studying the scientific development concept in the villages of the whole village, as well as archival materials for fire prevention and food security in autumn. The study plan for the scientific development concept of each village, as well as the work summary and study summary of each stage.

2. Seriously study the scientific development concept. To do a good job in party building, we must first improve our own awareness and understanding of the party. Reading the party’s party books is a must-have job for me every day. We must apply the contents of the scientific development concept to our work, and at the same time actively want to be close to the organization. I have already submitted the application for joining the party this year.

Second, agricultural work

After I took office, the agricultural production work in my village was nearing completion. Due to the changing weather and climate this year, there is less sunshine and a large amount of precipitation. It has caused great harm to the economy and food crops in our northeast region. Soybeans, corn, rice and vegetable planting industries have reduced production and even no particles. In particular, the occurrence of rice blast is serious. Some farmers do not understand the planting techniques, or they are temporarily negligent, resulting in serious economic and food crops. The rice is suffering from the bad weather.

1. Therefore, I promptly reported the relevant situation with the township government, and informed the villages to do a good job in preventing the rice blast disease and convene a timely meeting. Discuss how to prevent the occurrence of rice blast. The materials were issued so that some villagers found that they had rice blast in the field and they were well documented. And specially set up an office to control the "rice blast". Timely solution, the occurrence of rice booting stage, straw stalk, and sorghum, timely prevention and timely treatment. Effectively controlled the occurrence of rice blast in my hometown. At the end of the year, our work is positive and effective. There are individual farmers in our hometown, but most of the farmers' rice production has increased in the past years.

2. Replenish corn and soybean planting materials and summarize the lessons learned this year. Require yourself to continuously study hard, explore new ways in the production practice next year, bring new scientific knowledge to farmers, and ensure food production safety. Prepare for spring ploughing, guide and encourage farmers to joint wells and repair drainage ditch. For plots where droughts and floods cannot be released in time, we ruin the ridges and carefully test them to ensure that farmers are no longer victimized and communicate with farmers. Learn from each other, find problems, and solve problems.

Third, the shortcomings

The municipal party committee government has high hopes for our three supporters. We hope that we can only support agriculture, highlight our own advantages in rural work, play an active role, and make achievements in light of rural reality. And through the practice of rural work, growth ability, exercise ability, expand quality, improve themselves. Looking back at my work for a few months, although I have done some things, it is still far from the requirements of the district party committee and district government.

main performance:

1. Insufficient understanding. After these months of work, I rebelled against introspection and thought that I did not attach great importance to rural work in my mind. Because the ideological understanding is not in place, and the village officials have no social status in people's minds, the wind and the wind are endless, the personal confidence is insufficient, the self-understanding is unclear, and the thought of relying on work in the village is more serious, and there is no awareness of taking the initiative.

2, the method is not good. Usually do not pay attention to the communication with the leaders of the district organization department, the district government, and the village committee. Most of the time, there are ideas that don't dare to make up your mind to practice. Things are always pushed and pushed, and finally they are not. They are relatively closed in their work. They don't pay close attention to the people, go to the people, and listen to their opinions and suggestions.

3. Lack of ability. The situation in the village is more complicated. Due to the ideological slack and the lack of experience, it is not mature enough to deal with various complex relationships, resulting in the arbitrariness of taking care of various complex relationships, taking it for granted, and not taking into account the relationship between the overall situation and the coordination of distribution.

Do not accumulate steps, no miles. Without a small stream, there is no river. In the future work, I want to strengthen study, the knowledge of books and non-books must be learned, improve themselves in an all-round way; raise awareness, pay attention to them from the ideological point of view, and strictly demand themselves; actively communicate with others and ask for guidance from all walks of life. Communicate with the following to understand their needs, listen to their voices; carefully summarize, carry forward the advantages, correct the shortcomings. Only in this way can we get closer to the requirements of the work, get closer to the satisfaction of the people, and really get exercise in the work and continue to improve. At the same time, I believe that as long as I devote myself to rural work, I will find that there are many entrepreneurial opportunities waiting for us to develop in the vast rural world.
