I often go deep into the countryside, go to the village to walk around, go to the village to sit, and pull the family with the village cadres, understand the situation, mingle with the villagers, care about the life of the disabled and caregiving objects in the village, and explain the new policy to the villagers in time. Regulations are convenient for villagers' production activities. Manage the village-level website, update the village website information in a timely manner, release the agricultural technology information about the villagers' cultivation and wealth creation, and improve the villagers' labor skills; at the same time make full use of the advantages of the village-level website, release the village affairs information, and let the community care about the village construction. And the villagers at home and in time to understand the dynamics of the village. Dongchen Village is adjacent to Xiwu Industrial Park and has a large number of migrants. During this year's “Shanghai World Expo”, it actively cooperated with village cadres to carry out work, strengthen the registration management of migrant workers, create a harmonious and stable village appearance, and support “Shanghai”. The successful convening of the World Expo and its closing. Before the arrival of the first Ruixue this year, I actively cooperated with the village cadres to do the work of displacing the dangerous houses in the village, transfer the residents in the dangerous houses, and do the snowstorm prevention work in the simple greenhouses, and strive to minimize the loss of snow disasters. And timely report the loss situation in the street village, let the street know the village level in time, and protect the lives of the people. Actively do a good job in the village comprehensive management account information, register in the book, and successfully pass the annual assessment of the Comprehensive Management Committee. Cooperating with the village cadres to do the preparatory work for the construction and construction of the village Xiaoshan Cemetery, eliminating the most troublesome document files of the village cadres. In the construction of the village old-age activity center, the village cadres actively cooperated with the relevant archives such as bidding and bidding, and contributed to the smooth construction of the old-age activity center.

Second, as a staff member of the Street Comprehensive Management Office, I actively do my own work. In the Comprehensive Management Office, in addition to doing the daily printing and distribution of files, I will follow the leadership of the village to deal with contradictions and other daily file management work of the Comprehensive Management Office, and also be responsible for the file management of the correctional personnel of the Street Justice Office. Do a good job in the registration and archival work of new corrections personnel, and the monthly registration of corrective personnel, and update the file information of the registered correction personnel in time to facilitate leadership management. During this year's "Shanghai World Expo", I cooperated with the superiors to do a good job in the daily management of community corrections personnel, ensuring that during the World Expo, no corrections were re-offended in the streets, and no corrective personnel were leaked out to protect the " The stability of community corrections personnel at the Shanghai World Expo was also rated as personal advanced afterwards. In order to meet the annual assessment of the Fenghua Municipal Comprehensive Management Committee and the Ningbo Municipal Comprehensive Management Committee, I actively cooperated with the leaders and contacted the village cadres and other cadres to do a comprehensive assessment of 23 administrative villages, 1 community and 4 large-scale enterprises in the street. Third, the future plans. After this year's work practice, I found a lot of deficiencies in my work. Now I have made the following plans for the future work: First of all: Be a good "college student village official", do a good job in Dongchen Village, sum up work experience, and humbly ask the leaders to solidify their own rural grassroots work ability. Secondly: do a good job in the work of the Street Comprehensive Management Office, and make the management of community corrections work more perfect.
