First, the class situation analysis:

There are now 36 children in this class. There are 18 boys and 18 girls. Through a few months, the children in our class can basically adapt to the kindergarten life and enter the park happily. At the same time, I also learned that children have the following characteristics:

1. Most children's behavior habits need to be strengthened. Such as: health habits, polite habits 2, most children have a great improvement in their independence. Such as: wearing shoes, eating, sleeping can basically be completed independently 3, most children are lively and cheerful; very active in teaching activities, but listening habits need to be cultivated.

Second, the general goal of the work: to use the "Kindergarten Work Regulations" and "Kindergarten Education Guidelines" as a guide, combined with the garden work plan and teaching and research work plan, and the actual situation of the children in this class, using a variety of educational forms to improve the organization of teaching activities The ability to meet the needs of children in many aspects of development, enriching their knowledge in all aspects, so that they can gain experience in the development of a happy childhood. Mainly from the following points:

1. Pay equal attention to education and strengthen the cultivation of children's life and education routines.

2. Carry out a variety of educational activities to promote the development of children's ability in all aspects.

3. Pay attention to safety education, strengthen children's awareness of self-protection, and ensure that no safety accidents occur.

4. Improve the construction of class areas and carry out various regional activities in combination with weekly themes.

Fourth, work measures:

1. Childcare: The children in small classes have relatively poor self-care ability. In this semester, we will focus on three aspects in terms of conservation work:

Grasp the routine work and guide the children to eat, go to the toilet, wear shoes and other basic aspects of life.

Learn to wear clothes and buckles. First of all, we will combine the theme activities to carry out “I will wear clothes myself”, teach children how to dress properly, and practice and consolidate in daily life. Buttoning is difficult for small class children, so we intend to open a “button” operation area in the regional activities, so that children can grasp the button in the game activities.

Learn to wipe the table. The children in the small class have formed a preliminary sense of service and are willing to do their own things. Therefore, after the lunch, we will consciously let the children learn to clean the table, and combine the "Red Star Corner" to give timely and appropriate children with progress. Encourage and affirm.

2. Education: We also have two key points in education this semester:

Establish a good classroom routine: ask the class to face the teacher, put your hands on your lap, and develop the habit of raising your hands to answer questions.

Strengthen politeness education. Educate young children to say hello to teachers, aunts, and children when they come to the park in the morning. Say goodbye when leaving the park. Always take the initiative to say hello to everyone, learn to use polite words such as "thank you" and "please".

V. Parent work:

The contact work of homes affects the development of young children and also affects the development of kindergartens. Early childhood education requires parents to support and participate in different levels and in different ways. From the communication with parents in the first few weeks of the school, I deeply felt the parents' love for the children, felt the trust of the parents and felt the importance of communication between the homes.

First, strengthen our communication with parents. My class is a freshman, and I have to do a good job in the work of parents. In the first few months of the school year, we will call each parent to let parents know about their child’s recent presence in the park. For children with special conditions such as sick or not returning to the park in time, we will call on the same day. To understanding. Reasonably arrange time for home visits to further understand the child's personality characteristics and performance at home. Warmly welcome every parent, talk to parents in a timely manner, let parents know about their children's life, learning situation, some progress and shortcomings.

Second, provide parents with information. The "Working and Learning Report", "Home Contact Manual" and "Monthly Teaching Content" will be distributed on time to enhance parents' understanding of kindergartens and get active cooperation from parents.

Third, parents are invited to participate in kindergarten activities.
