During the semester, I worked as a class guide for the second <4> class. Under the guidance of the overall thinking of the school, after a semester of all teachers and students, we have formed a class style, strong learning style, and unity, friendship and hard work among the students. The work of this class will be summarized as follows:

First, in-depth understanding of students, invigorating classroom teaching.

At the beginning of the semester, I took over the class work of the second class . In order to quickly understand the students, I went to the class, went to the morning and evening, took classes, and learned the performance of the students through the teachers and parents. Three days before the start of the school, I have been able to accurately name each student. After one month of school, I have a more detailed understanding of the learning ability and learning status of the whole class. In the long-term contact, I learned that the students in our class are more individual, most of the students have strong ability to accept, but the ability to be conscious is poor, boys and girls are good at moving, more playful, lazy, lack of patience. In response to the personality characteristics of students, I made some contingency measures in the teaching process, try to improve the atmosphere of the classroom, add some topics in the teaching content, cultivate students' interest in learning, and let them concentrate on listening to classes.

Second, learn the excellent work experience of the class, and do a good job in class management.


It is not easy to do a good job of class guidance , because class work is complicated and trivial. If you master a bad method, you will do a lot of repetitive work. Teacher Wei Shusheng once said that there are a hundred things in one thing. Therefore, in my spare time, I carefully studied the class management experience of Mr. Wei Shusheng and actively carried out the practice. At the same time, I eagerly consulted the teachers of the same group and tried to handle everything well. At the beginning of the school, I studied with the students the "National Rules for Children's Lives" and "Standards of Daily Behavior of the National Primary School Students", formed a group of class cadres, established the order of rotation of the weekly class, and used the theme class of "How to be a good cadre". Give students a clear way of working and develop incentives and penalties. In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students and cultivate students' various abilities, I asked each duty week to choose a job during the work period and let the cadres assist in the work, which mobilized the enthusiasm of the students. To cultivate the sense of responsibility of their work, and to tap the potential of students, and cultivate more outstanding small cadres.

Today's students are almost all only children, spoiled. At home, parents are reluctant to let their children work, so they see paper on the ground in the school and in the classroom, even if they step on it. Whenever this time, I instructed the students to pick up the paper on the floor and put it in a paper basket. This lasted for more than a month, the students still let me yell at me, you don’t scream, I don’t see it, I don’t have any initiative, then I began to think about how to make the students care about the class, everyone. What about hygiene? From then on, I came to the school early every day. I first cleaned the classroom and sprinkled the water. I found that there was no paper on the ground and I didn’t call the students again. Instead, I picked it up. After a few days, some students saw that there were dirty things on the ground and they were cleaned up. They didn’t need to be assigned by the teacher any more. I praised these students in time, praised them for their clean and hygienic conduct, and gradually the whole class. They all developed this good habit. Whoever throws a piece of paper on the ground, someone immediately condemns him. Everyone regards the destruction of class health as a shameful thing. The whole class has a collective sense of honor for the class to win glory. I have been inspired by this: the assignment is a passive behavior, which is not conducive to the cultivation of students' good habits. It is necessary for students to develop good habits and use the correct methods to guide them. So I organized the theme class "What can I do for the class?" Under the call of the class meeting, the whole class actively took action. The blackboard was contracted. The cleaning of the water dispenser, the window sill, the hygiene of the ground, the switch of the lights... were all contracted by the students. In the past, the air, the twisted tables and chairs, the paper balls on the floor, and the dirty sweeping tools were replaced by fresh air, neat table, illuminating ground, and neat cleaning tools. Now, when I walk into my class, I feel comfortable. In the “Mobile Red Flag” appraisal activity organized by the school, my class was repeatedly rated as “Mobile Red Flag” class.

Fourth, attach importance to the education of the underachievers

For each student's foundation and characteristics, correct guidance and necessary help will be provided so that each student can get good and sufficient development. Because there are more boys in this class, accounting for two-thirds of the class, some boys are not only difficult to manage, but also hard to learn, and their grades are also poor. Therefore, use class, politics, and rest time to talk to them and do their in-depth and meticulously. Ideological work, let them establish the confidence and courage to learn, help them to develop learning plans, and divide the study group to improve their academic performance in the form of "Yan Sibing soldiers".


Fifth, pay attention to the study of class guidance work

Always learn from experienced class guides and learn from books. During the semester, I have studied Wei Shusheng’s “ Introduction to Class Work” and Napoleon Hill’s “Successful Learning”. In the course of the work, I have been consulting with experienced class guides , summarizing class work experience, using science. A reasonable and effective way to guide the class work, so that the class work will continue to renew its vitality and have a new improvement.

6. Constantly update educational concepts and strive to improve their business standards.

The state has implemented a new round of curriculum reform, the introduction of curriculum standards, the teaching must have new ideas, the use of new teaching methods, in order to adapt to the needs of training innovative talents, in order to be responsible for the lifelong development of students. Emphasis on students' self-training and personality development, so that the potential of all students can be optimally played, so that every student can get the development they deserve. Only with excellent business ability, there is prestige in front of the students, which is beneficial to the management of the class. Therefore, we should establish the idea of ​​lifelong learning, understand the latest educational developments at home and abroad, and strive to improve our business standards and create more favorable conditions for class management.

After a semester of hard work, the class work has achieved certain results, but there are also some problems, such as students making mistakes, sometimes more eager, and some students communicate less time and so on. These problems, I will continue to improve in the future work to improve their class management standards.
