I try to divide it into two categories: one is about life philosophy books, which can enrich ideas and help us. The problems encountered in the work can often be solved. When I see a good article in a book or newspaper or magazine that helps the class guide , I will cut it out or make some excerpts. These theories and experiences have greatly helped my class work. I am deeply impressed by the experience of learning and working in class , which makes our work easier, more lively and efficient.

Second, standardize the class system, let go of student management

What kind of means should the class guide manage a class? I have thought about this issue. The management class should be a combination of democracy and the rule of law. Understand this point, while developing a class democratic atmosphere, I have developed detailed class rules so that class management can be based on law. Although it takes a lot of thoughts when formulating the rules of the class, it is: "The sharpening of the knife does not miss the firewood."

After the class was set, I felt that the class work was very easy. Of course, the formulation of my class schedule has gone through a gradual process: First, in the summer vacation, I found some articles to read. On the eve of the school, some management requirements were initially formulated. As soon as the new semester begins, I will preside over the class discussion. After repeated revisions, the class rules will be standardized and written into detailed schedules, which will be printed out and sent to each parent to supervise the students. In addition to the four class committees and class representatives in our class, each group has a team leader, a deputy team leader, an endorsement team leader, and a health team leader. Each day, there are value day shifts, liaison officers, and a weekly duty class is selected from each group. The classmates in the class are almost all cadres. The team leader is responsible for the whole operation and is responsible for receiving the operation; the deputy team leader is mainly responsible for registering the daily moral education plus and minus points, and reporting it once a week in the class; the duty of the day shift and the value of the weekly shift are clearly defined in the class rules. Because of the management norms, my class basically achieved the goal that everyone has something to do and everything is managed. In practice, teachers and students constantly improve the rules of the class and form a good class style. So in the whole process of managing the class, I have the biggest experience, that is, all the things, try to let the students do it themselves, when the class guide is like a parent, if everything is done, it is not cultivated. Children, but should treat them democratically, give full play to their autonomy, and guide them when appropriate. The weekly class will first summarize the situation of the class in the previous week, and then I will summarize it. On the Friday, the seventh class teacher will meet. Third, make full use of class meetings and do ideological work well

If you want students to do what they want, they must make them think through their thoughts, do their ideological work well, and solve other problems. I deeply feel that ideological education is very important. In this respect, I mainly have the following practices:

1. Carry out ideological education for the whole class in class classes;

Classes in our class are usually summed up by the students themselves, then I talk about the problems I have discovered recently and educate them in many forms. Some teachers think that the class will have nothing to say, and I find that there are a lot of things to talk about in class. At present, the students we face are more complicated. As a class guide , we can always understand their thoughts and then do the ideological work of all students. For example, openly and honestly tell them the psychology, so that students have a clear understanding of this, so as to treat it correctly; I ask students to follow the rules of the class, I will explain in detail why the request is in the class; if they want to speak in class, they will educate the students Speaking by hand is an opportunity to exercise for yourself. It is an exercise of self-confidence and courage. The current society needs people who are confident and full of courage; they must study hard and pay attention to learning methods. Of course, the most talked about is the ideal and how to behave. Every time I want to talk about a certain problem, I will check some books, think about how to say a few layers, how to attract students as much as possible. I use some stories and examples to let students be educated in laughter in a funny, humorous language. Usually see a good article for the students, collect it, class or Friday in class. In addition, the various questions I raised at the class meeting often let students discuss and encourage each classmate to express their opinions, and I am very respectful of their opinions. In addition, I believe that students, especially senior students, do not like to preach, so carefully designed various theme classes will be more attractive to them, the theme can be; "Talk about 嫉妒" "I see the phenomenon of copying work" "Life and frustration" "What kind of classmates do I like the most" and so on. At the theme class meeting, we should try our best to let each classmate express their opinions. The class guide should encourage them in time.

2. Do a good job mobilization and summary before and after each event;

Whether it is a variety of competitions organized by schools or going out, I always do my thoughts and mobilization beforehand. For example, before going out, they emphasize discipline and mutual help and friendship of the students; go out and let the students do the self-satisfaction and do not do well, and praise the enthusiastic classmates.

3. Do the ideological work of individual students;

On this point, I don't want to start talking about it. One thing that makes me realize is that I don't want to lose my temper to the students. Strong criticism is needed, but don't insult. 4. Brainstorming design, multiple ways of education

In the process of being a class leader , I feel that it is very good for us to be a good class leader . I need to use my brains to find ways to educate students in various ways. I feel that learning creative thinking is very beneficial to us. . In a big way, the various rules and regulations of the class management, the implementation methods, the various activities of participating in the school, and the organization of the class activities all require our brains to carefully design; from a small perspective, the praise, criticism and encouragement of the students also need us. Brainstorming. And whenever there is a new idea in my mind, I will write it down immediately and put it into practice as soon as possible.

Students in my class have an extracurricular reading book and a dialogue book. On the one hand, the extracurricular knowledge of reading is excerpted, good excerpts, using class meetings or Fridays to excerpt the classmates themselves to read in the class; then I let the students talk about their feelings, I will play the comment. When I have a problem, I will first look at whether I can find a suitable article from the student's excerpt. On the other hand, this book is also a dialogue book. What kind of words the students can write in it, and I always answer in detail, sometimes my answer is even several times more than he wrote.

According to 嫉妒 psychology, public praise of a classmate will cause other students to have a kind of embarrassment, and think that the teacher is biased towards him. Therefore, I rarely praise a classmate in the class, but try to find other opportunities to encourage and praise. In addition, the teacher's words and deeds can greatly promote the development of students, but it is difficult for a class leader to feel that the teacher has a special concern for himself. In addition to making a gesture, I let the students feel the teacher cares about him. It is to make full use of the dialogue. I often write words of praise and encouragement on the student's book. Try to make him feel that this is the teacher's special concern and trust for him. For some students who have faults, I also write down my expectations in the dialogue, avoiding the public criticism that makes him embarrassed, especially for the self-respecting classmates, making him make mistakes and corrections become a little secret between us.

The pedagogical theory tells us that every student has progress requirements and wants others to think that they are a good student. Therefore, I try my best to reward more students, and set up various awards in the class to let more students get recognition. In addition to the school's reward programs, our class rewards moral education for outstanding students and progressive students every month. In order to help each other, each team will reward each month with a progress group. I counted the statistics. About half of the students won the award in the month. Although the prizes are only small things such as small books and pens worth one or two yuan, the students are very happy. In addition, our class also selected excellent team leader and health team leader every semester; I counted that the number of winners in the class was more than 20 per semester. I also prepared gifts for the students who did not win the prize, and wrote a few words of encouragement. In addition, I take every final comment seriously, and strive to write new ideas and encourage students. When I wrote the final comment in the last semester, I made another improvement. First, let the students write the advantages of each other. After the synthesis, I carefully conceived the comments of each classmate and adopted a friendly dialogue to better reflect the students' advantages and characteristics. Make an earnest expectation.
