During the semester, the school launched the “Blue Project” mentoring and pairing activities. I am also one of them. I am honored to be the apprentice of Hao Yuping. After listening to the lectures this semester, I felt that the biggest characteristic of Mr. Hao’s class is that it is strong in discipline, clear in thinking, serious in difficulty, and able to grasp the key points well. At the same time, it cultivates students’ language expression ability and difficult questioning habits in the classroom. In the use of evaluators, attention is also given to encouragement, and there are 10-15 minutes of classroom practice time, and two-thirds of the class time is given to students.
By listening to my own teaching, I have the following benefits:
1. Preparing a class is the premise of a good class. The design intent, academic analysis, learning objectives, learning methods, learning priorities, learning difficulties, teacher activities, student activities, and method of ending classes are all in the preparation process. 3. Use every opportunity to learn. As a young teacher, only by continuous learning can we keep up with the pace of curriculum reform and guide our educational practice with new ideas and viewpoints.
