二、今後工作構想

在過去的一年裏,團的工作取得了長足發展,但也存在一些不足。如在製度建設方面還要邁出一大步,以適應新時期的工作需要。展望 2012 年,我們除了繼續加強和鞏固已有的成績基礎上,還要進一步腳踏實地與改革創新。 2012 年主要工作構想如下:

一是繼續加強與學校其它部門的配合,建立健全有關工作的評價機製。

二是繼續加大社團工作的力度。要站在新課程改革與培養學生終身發展的高度,努力把社團工作開展得更好。

三是結合學校青年多的特點,大膽開展喜聞樂見的活動。如可以利用星期天下午四點在校園廣場上搞一些“激越青春,大家唱”這一類的文化娛樂活動,此活動也可以按年級或者按班為主體進行。 四是加強青年教師的思想工作。如可以舉行座談會、鄉村考察等活動。 五是做好各種建立工作,爭取申報“全國共青團五四紅旗單位”,努力推動學校團的工作步入新的台階。

現在我的身份不僅僅是一名大學生,我還是一名大學團委組織部的骨幹成員,在我自己的工作上我已經盡量做到最好了。

在我剛來到大學的時候,我還是一個什麽都不懂的大一菜鳥,什麽都隻能看學長、學姐的眼色行事,在他們的幫助下,我光榮的成為一名學校團委組織部的一員幹事,我有了很多的事情要做,再也不用整天沒有事情做了。

自從進入團委組織部並成為其中一員以來,我從這個組織裏學會了許多東西,逐步的使自己完善,特別是每次部長和副部長非常信任的把工作交給我去完成時,我更加覺得應該好好去完成!當然,並不隻是因為他們對我的信任,更多的是既然進入了學生會就應該去好好的表現自己,盡量讓自己的才華得到體現!說實話我們要求進入學生會都是存在很大一部分私心的,絕對不會是像有些人說的之所以要求進入學生會是為了為同學們服務!當然,我不會去否認這一點,隻是我覺得在我們系學生會裏好多人都不是他們所說的那樣,大多數人隻是為了那一點點名譽以及學校對學生幹部一系列的優待罷了!其實,我也知道現在要找出大公無私的人很難,包括我自己我都不會認為可以做到。但是,我們不能隻要好處不用回報吧,對於學生會的成員,我們應該在得到好處的同時適當的給予一些回報那就是大家在學生會的工作上多花一點心思,爭取把我們學生會辦的更好!其實這也不是什麽回報學生會,我們的學生會辦好了,最大的獲益者還是我們自己!這些隻不過是我個人的一些小小的看法,我希望我們學生會成員都能夠緊密聯合,打造出屬於我們機械繫自己的品牌!

上面所說不過是針對部分人而已,在我們學生會裏面也有許多積極認真的成員存在,就比喻說在我們舉辦元旦晚會時很多人都很投入,都在爭取將晚會辦的有水準,而且大家也確實做到了,在全校我們系的晚會我不敢說是舉辦的最好的,但決不是最差的!這對於我們這個嚴重缺少女生的系來說已經足夠了,這又說明了什麽呢 說明我們這群爺們都是有能力將自己課餘生活搞的有聲有色!隻要我們一起共同努力我們的系的明天一定會生機盎然。
