People are the most active factor in productivity. 2019年 3 月 20 日，以召開共青團安仁一中第八次團代會為契機，選舉產生了以何湘華同志為團委書記、黃芳為副書記的新的一屆團委領導班子。 2019年下學期，為了進一步明確工作責任，發揮工作效能，校團委創新基層組織，健全工作機構，設立了宣組部、體藝部、社團部、辦公室以及青年志願服務站等工作部門。同時，根據學校特點，在各年級設立年級團總支，每一個團總支配備好團總支書記、副書記，宣傳委員、組織委員。為了進一步增強團的工作活力， 2019年 10 月，團委還增選了年輕教師鍾芳同志為校團委委員並擔任社團部部長。由於組織保障有力，目前安仁一中團的工作呈現了良好的發展態勢，受到了學校師生的極大關註和贊揚。
、強化了活動管理。 努力搭建青年工作的活動載體，充分發揮團的先進性作用，讓學生在活動文化中，觸摸時代的脈搏，培養綜合貭素。具體表現如下：
一是 加強了團的日常工作。 按學期及時整理了團務工作。對團員人數及時進行摸底，截止到12月份，我校共有團員2500人，積極吸收要求進步的學生加入共青團組織，截止到目前，今年共有460名學生加入了共青團組織。
二是 開展了系列推優工作。 充分發揮學校青年團校和青年黨校的作用，通過各班級團支部、各年級團總支的層層推薦，先後兩次共有460人參加了第16期和第17期青年團校的培訓，另有段一帥等20位同學參加了學校青年黨校和縣委黨校的學習。在推優入黨方面，今年7月共推薦了譚晨等22位同學光榮地加入了中國共產黨黨組織。今年5月，推薦的高二352班張怡慧同學，高二353班譚文帥同學、高一366班劉鈺鋒同學等分別被評為“省優秀團員”、“市優秀團員”榮譽稱號。另，每學期評還舉行了校級優秀團員和“先進團支部”的評選活動。
三是 實施了社團系列工作。 10 月份，成立了“演講與播音主持社團”、“對聯與書法社團”以及“新聞與寫作社團”等三個社團。通過挖掘學校資源，目前這三個社團所開展的工作得到了校友王林波先生的贊助。目前，三個社團工作運行良好，收到了較好的效果。 11月6日、 11月20日，校團委還分別邀請了縣電視台主播何明和縣教育局張雲箏等校外人士到學校為社團成員講學。 12月17日，演講與播音主持社團成功舉行了2019年安仁一中元旦晚會主持人選拔賽總決賽。目前，學校“校園之聲”廣播站的工作在團委的直接領導與指導下，工作有聲有色。通過創新，其節目開闢了每天早飯後的《新聞和報紙章要》欄目、每周星期一的《每周評論》欄目、每周星期二的《英語天地》欄目、每周星期三的《音樂驛站》欄目、每周星期四的《子午書簡》欄目、每周星期五的《經典欣賞》欄目以及每周星期六的《一周要聞》欄目。
四是 開展了主題教育活動。 3 月份，為慶祝校慶70周年，在廣大團員中發出了關於“開展發揚拼搏精神為校慶70周年獻禮活動的倡議書”； 5月21日成功舉行了以“感恩”為主題的校園歌手大賽；8月，配合高三年級組，開展了高三學生“走進工廠，走進高校”的暑假社會實踐活動； 11月27日，為了緬懷革命先烈，暢談學子豪情， 組織 2012 屆高三建黨極分子中前往烈士公園進行有關瞻仰和座談會，開展了校慶獻禮“三問 ”活動； 12 月2日 ，為學習黨的十七屆六中全會精神，推進社會主義核心價值體系建設，配合黨委組織1200名師生聆聽了“郴州市道德模範基層巡講團”在安仁舉行的首場報告會，以實際行動學習道德模範； 12月6日，在全校團員青年中開展創先爭優“有話對你說，學習唐修國”徵文活動； 12月9日成功舉行了 “湘和學子杯”紀念“一二·九”運動演講比賽，等等。
五是 開展了青年志願服務活動。 自 2月23日校團委發出《在全校廣大團員中廣泛開展青年志願服務活動的通知》以來，全校學生主動報名參加“行為規範監督崗”“校園文明監督崗”“校園禮儀”“校園巡邏”“食堂文明監督崗”“大型賽事”“運動會安保”“關愛農民工子女服務崗”“愛老金暉行動”等服務項目的人數已經達到439人。 3月5日青年志願者日，開展了系列志願服務活動，如清理校園垃圾死角，啓動各種校園文明監督崗，到縣城鳳崗路、五一南路、七一西路等街頭清掃紙屑、果皮，等等。6月份，高三學生入黨積極分子與肄業班部分農民工子女結成對子，開展“關愛農民工子女志願服務崗”活動。 9月25日，舉行了安仁一中70周年校慶志願服務活動啓動儀式， 10月4日，組織300名學生志願者參與校慶的各項活動，志願者們在導引隊、花環隊、小記者、講解組、迎賓組、愛心受理組、餐廳組、咨詢組、車輛組、搬卸組等志願服務崗位的志願服務工作中，表現突出，成績顯著，涌現了351班、374班、386班等先進集體以及周婧菲等107名先進個人，確保校慶工作取得了圓滿成功。
六是 開展了愛心捐助與支助活動。 共組織了兩次募捐活動。6月份，組織學生參與了以“圓夢紅土地，一日捐”為主題的募捐活動，學生共捐出3986元。10月份，組織學生參與了以“我與校慶，愛心傳遞”為主題的募捐活動，學生共捐出一萬餘元。
在支助學生方面，校團委牽線搭橋，在縣團委的大力支持下，先後在希望工程、德清基金、芙蓉學子、王老吉學子、華溪學子、青年基金會零散支助助學項目、郴州消防助學基金·首屆消防助學行動、圓夢紅土地等支助貧困學生項目中，共有32名同學受到了支助，累計金額近5萬元。
、強化了工作創新。 沒有創新，就沒有發展。為了更好地貫徹團委“引導青年、組織青年、服務青年”的工作目標，校團委積極謀略，開啟工作思路，為新時期團的工作註入了不少新鮮的活力，贏得了社會和師生的好評。縣創先爭優辦以“縣一中團委工作著眼'創新'”為題在其工作簡報上予以介紹。具體表現如下：
一是 充分發揮學校網際網路的作用，創設 QQ 群，增強團組織的號召力和凝聚力。
二是 建立工作長效機製。定期開展“校園歌手大賽”、主題演講賽等，積極豐富青年學生的文化娛樂活動，全面鍛煉學生的綜合發展能力。
三是 積極爭取資金，為學校社團正常開展保駕護航。鑒於社團活動開展所耗費的人力物力財力較大，尤其是活動時間都是在周末，目前我們已經爭取了部分資金，同時，團委向學校還提出了要建立年度社團基金製度的構想。
四是 緊密結合學校教書育人這一工作中心，開展有益活動。如配合高校自主招生考試以及考慮學生終身發展的需要，團委的很多工作都始終立足於培養學生的實踐能力，如開展會說、會寫、會思考等系列活動，就是從培養學生能力的角度設計的。
五是 學會組織創新。努力搭建各種活動平台。為了調動全體團幹部的工作的主動性和積極性，團委內部機構按崗設人，以促進團委向更健康更高速的工作目標發展，確保學校團的工作永葆生機與活力。
二、今後工作構想
在過去的一年裏，團的工作取得了長足發展，但也存在一些不足。如在製度建設方面還要邁出一大步，以適應新時期的工作需要。展望 2012 年，我們除了繼續加強和鞏固已有的成績基礎上，還要進一步腳踏實地與改革創新。 2012 年主要工作構想如下：
一是繼續加強與學校其它部門的配合，建立健全有關工作的評價機製。
二是繼續加大社團工作的力度。要站在新課程改革與培養學生終身發展的高度，努力把社團工作開展得更好。
三是結合學校青年多的特點，大膽開展喜聞樂見的活動。如可以利用星期天下午四點在校園廣場上搞一些“激越青春，大家唱”這一類的文化娛樂活動，此活動也可以按年級或者按班為主體進行。 四是加強青年教師的思想工作。如可以舉行座談會、鄉村考察等活動。 五是做好各種建立工作，爭取申報“全國共青團五四紅旗單位”，努力推動學校團的工作步入新的台階。
總之，一年以來，校團委工作取得了成績，但是我們也必須正視工作中的不足。相信， 2012 年，在學校的正確領導和上級團委的關心與支持下，安仁一中團委工作一定會取得新的更大的成績。
篇五： 2019年大學團委組織部個人年終總結
現在我的身份不僅僅是一名大學生，我還是一名大學團委組織部的骨幹成員，在我自己的工作上我已經盡量做到最好了。
在我剛來到大學的時候，我還是一個什麽都不懂的大一菜鳥，什麽都隻能看學長、學姐的眼色行事，在他們的幫助下，我光榮的成為一名學校團委組織部的一員幹事，我有了很多的事情要做，再也不用整天沒有事情做了。
自從進入團委組織部並成為其中一員以來，我從這個組織裏學會了許多東西，逐步的使自己完善，特別是每次部長和副部長非常信任的把工作交給我去完成時，我更加覺得應該好好去完成!當然，並不隻是因為他們對我的信任，更多的是既然進入了學生會就應該去好好的表現自己，盡量讓自己的才華得到體現!說實話我們要求進入學生會都是存在很大一部分私心的，絕對不會是像有些人說的之所以要求進入學生會是為了為同學們服務!當然，我不會去否認這一點，隻是我覺得在我們系學生會裏好多人都不是他們所說的那樣，大多數人隻是為了那一點點名譽以及學校對學生幹部一系列的優待罷了!其實，我也知道現在要找出大公無私的人很難，包括我自己我都不會認為可以做到。但是，我們不能隻要好處不用回報吧，對於學生會的成員，我們應該在得到好處的同時適當的給予一些回報那就是大家在學生會的工作上多花一點心思，爭取把我們學生會辦的更好!其實這也不是什麽回報學生會，我們的學生會辦好了，最大的獲益者還是我們自己!這些隻不過是我個人的一些小小的看法，我希望我們學生會成員都能夠緊密聯合，打造出屬於我們機械繫自己的品牌!
上面所說不過是針對部分人而已，在我們學生會裏面也有許多積極認真的成員存在，就比喻說在我們舉辦元旦晚會時很多人都很投入，都在爭取將晚會辦的有水準，而且大家也確實做到了，在全校我們系的晚會我不敢說是舉辦的最好的，但決不是最差的!這對於我們這個嚴重缺少女生的系來說已經足夠了，這又說明了什麽呢 說明我們這群爺們都是有能力將自己課餘生活搞的有聲有色!隻要我們一起共同努力我們的系的明天一定會生機盎然。
最後我還是大膽的向學生會主席團提幾點我的意見：
