Since the beginning of this year, university student village officials have used political equipment to promote political theory and laws and regulations more than 260 times. They have visited more than 2,000 people and settled over 80 conflicts. They helped Yuangengtang Village to establish a Chinese herbal medicine professional cooperative. Planting 600 acres of Chinese herbal medicines such as peppermint and white peony; the “two committees” of the cooperative village successfully applied for 9 “one-on-one discussion” projects such as repairing roads and renovating Shanpingtang.
This year, the village-level party organization changed, and the town selected the outstanding rural talents into the village branch committee members, including 32 rich people, 2 retired military personnel, 2 professional cooperation organizations, and the “two new” organizations. One person, six township village officials in my town, five people entered the village branch committee, two were elected as village party branch secretaries, and three were elected as deputy secretary of the village branch.
Problem
This year, although the town's talent work has achieved certain results, there are still some problems.
First, the quality of talents is generally not high enough, the implementation of party and government training is not enough, and the individual's own efforts are insufficient, which ultimately leads to the lack of comprehensive quality talents. Second, the training, incentives, and guarantees of talents must be further improved; The management and use of talents must be further strengthened.

In 2019, the party committee and government of our town will always follow the important thinking of the "three represents", adhere to the scientific development concept, vigorously implement the talent development and talent training policies, and will certainly take the wings of the development of the town economy.

The second is to establish and improve various talent systems. We will complete and improve the various systems for talents such as assessment, encouragement, and help, and provide institutional guarantee for the implementation of talent work.
The third is to pay close attention to rural practical technical training. Combine with the actual practical training of rural party members' theoretical knowledge training courses, vegetable planting technology training courses, and new farmers' science and technology training courses.
The fourth is to increase the intensity of rural labor transfer. Keep abreast of the peasants' movements, provide employment information for migrant workers, and enhance employment opportunities for migrant workers.
