1. Training topics and identifying small projects
In the first ten days of September, we organized all the teachers to seriously study the opinions of the Municipal Teaching and Research Center on the research of small subjects, the significance of research on small topics, the selection of small topics, the problems that should be paid attention to in research, and the implementation of small research. The teachers were trained and coached to make the teachers understand that “developing their own teaching and research, publishing their own opinions, solving their own problems, and improving their own teaching” is the fundamental purpose of conducting small research.
In mid-September, we organized teachers from various disciplines to carefully select topics, and passed the three steps of “confusion” – “problem” – “problem”: First, we used the time of “collective teaching and research” to organize teachers to communicate with themselves in teaching. After entering the winter vacation, with a certain amount of free time, I seized the opportunity to supplement and update my knowledge. Read the information online. Of course, because it is a brand new thing, it is inevitable that there are errors or deficiencies in this or that.
