II. Completion of the target situation and main practices First, in accordance with the requirements of Chengdu and Chongzhou Federation of Trade Unions, this year, we have adopted the form of each trade union unit for the established trade unions and newly-built trade unions, and workers among the employees. The class's fine traditional education and dedication to professional ethics education, 95% of employees' participation, greatly enhanced the union's cohesiveness and appeal. The second is to conscientiously implement the target tasks assigned by the Chongzhou General Labor Union at the beginning of the year. The third is to complete the system of signing the collective contract between the enterprise and the employee representatives. In the signing of the collective contract with the enterprise, the company has clarified the minimum wage standard for the enterprise and completed the equal consultation of the salary and the signing of the collective contract. The fourth is to seriously urge the enterprises to implement the factory affairs open. This year, we first implemented the pilot project of the factory affairs in the Dilisi leather shoe factory. The effect is good, the employees reflect well, and consciously participate in the “double love and double evaluation” activities carried out in the enterprise. . Fifth, efforts should be made to coordinate and resolve the personnel relations of the labor market, trade unions, and employers, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees. Sixthly, employees in the enterprise are widely engaged in learning model workers, respecting model workers, caring for model workers, advocating model workers, and striving for labor model activities, and actively solving the difficulties of living for poor workers. The seventh is to organize vocational and technical training for all types of employees at all levels, carry out exchange activities of “popular economic and technological innovation projects”, establish a labor protection supervision and inspection team for trade unions, and regularly organize employees to carry out safety production, accidents, etc., which are unsafe and unsafe. Handle the conflicts and disputes between employees and enterprises, and report the information to the authorities in a timely manner. III. Existing Problems and Improvement Measures and Suggestions First, individual enterprises have not enough understanding of the purpose and significance of forming a trade union. They have shown no concern in the process of forming a trade union, and they have formed and not formed a kind of thoughts and emotions.
Second, because it is necessary to start from the perspective of its own interests, when individual enterprises form a trade union, the minimum wage standard for employees is not clear, and the company lacks the necessary concern for employees' social insurance and medical insurance.
Third, the atmosphere of the formation of trade unions is not enough. The employees themselves do not have enough knowledge of their legitimate rights and interests. They believe that they are earning money by themselves, and they do not care about interests.
Fourth, a few suggestions
1. The functional departments of municipal organs can formulate and issue some files, requiring each enterprise to conscientiously safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees in accordance with the attitude of being highly responsible to the employees of the enterprise.
2. Set up trade unions in enterprises, villages, and villages. Do not place fixed targets and tasks. You can conduct pilot projects in one enterprise first, and the pilots can actually play a certain role. Otherwise, only the quantity is not quality, and the effect of forming a trade union is not ideal.
