On April 26, 2019, Fushun County Hard Pen Calligraphy Association held the third member representative conference in the Fushun County CPPCC conference room. The conference elected a new leadership team. Chairman of the Association, Zhang Xueli, Vice Chairman and Secretary General Wang Weimin, attended the meeting and congratulated them. After the meeting, they had a book exchange with the fellows of the Fushun County Hard Pen Calligraphy Association.
On the morning of Sunday, May 4, 2019, this association and the Communist Youth League Zigong Municipal Committee jointly held a live event at the Lantern Park. The "Zhongzhi Chengcheng is an online auction of 5.12 earthquake-stricken areas" jointly organized by the Association and the Art China Network, received more than 100 calligraphy and painting works and hard-character calligraphy works from all over the country. On June 30, 2019, the association organized a calligraphy and painting exchange event at the Dagongjing Tea Terminal in Gongjing. The Founding Conference of the World Chinese Calligraphy Union, the 20th Anniversary of the Sichuan Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, and the Chinese Western Calligraphy Exhibition were held on October 26, 2019 in Jinghuyuan Hotel, Jixian County, Sichuan Province. Zhang Huaqing, Executive Vice President of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, China Hard Pen Li Shuzhong, vice chairman of the Calligraphy Association and chairman of the Sichuan Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, was the main leader of the Provincial Hard Pen Calligraphers Association. More than 150 people from Sichuan, China, and the State of the Hard Pen Calligraphers Association attended the meeting.
