First, the first half of the work summary

1. Civilized quality service work

The day-to-day management of the window service work of various business organizations in our business has always been a central task of our department. In order to continuously improve the overall service level of the Bank, we will truly promote the comprehensive development of the branches' various businesses with service work. In April this year, in accordance with the guidance of the new branch party committee, on the basis of the original service management methods, Our department has revised and introduced the new "Administrative Measures for the Civilization and Quality Service of Banks and Branches". Compared with the old method, the new management method reflects the distinct characteristics of service management and business development, and closely combined. The terms and conditions of the method are fine and the operation is strong, which is more in line with the actual management work of the Bank. After several drafts, it was promulgated at the Bank's Civilization and Quality Service Work Conference held in mid-April 2019.

After the promulgation of the new measures, the Ministry immediately arranged the department's service supervision team and all employees of the institutions to earnestly study the rules and regulations, and in accordance with the latest revised “Business Network Service Specifications” of the head office, instructed the special person to conduct self-examination. For the self-identified service soft and hardware problems, the immediate rectification can be rectified; if it cannot be rectified at one time, it will communicate with the higher-level trade unions in a timely manner, and the functional departments of the branch will focus on research and resolution. At the same time, the Ministry also hired external service supervision agencies to conduct clear and unannounced visits to the service status of the various institutions under the jurisdiction of the new regulations, and to report the inspections on a monthly basis. Although the method was only implemented for 2 months, from the results of the service inspection in the first half of the year, the quality of service and overall standards of the Bank have been significantly improved and improved.

In the first half of the year, while doing the day-to-day management of services, the Ministry also assigned some institutions to actively participate in the civilized and high-quality service competition organized by the Provincial Banking Association and the Municipal Party Committee Civilization Office. In April and May of this year, it received The Provincial Banking Association, the Provincial Banking Service Steering Group, and the Provincial Bank's First Accountability Inspection Team have achieved good results in the acceptance and inspection of the Bank's service.

2. Business skills training and testing

It is another key work of our department to organize business skills training and testing for frontline employees within the organization. In view of the fact that this year the province's system is ready to go online in September, the branch classrooms are used for blueprint training, and it is impossible to organize the staff's concentrated skills training. The Ministry of the Ministry of the People's Republic of China issued a notice to the whole jurisdiction at the beginning of the year, requiring all organizations to be reduced to zero. Our staff strengthened their skills training and strived to meet the head office acceptance test with excellent results. From June 9 to 18, in accordance with the overall arrangement of the provincial trade unions , our department also organized the skills test of the employees of the branches. 3. External publicity work

While doing all kinds of daily work, the Ministry also undertakes part of the external publicity work of the branches, and promptly puts all kinds of work and news matters of the branches in the form of pictures and texts, and rushes to the websites of the general, provincial and branch websites and internal electronic publications. Submission, expand the influence of the branch and enhance the visibility of the bank. According to incomplete statistics, in the first half of the year, the Bank issued nearly 20 copies of the manuscript to the outside media, with a 100% registration rate.

It is important to note that at the end of last year, the Bank was rated as an advanced unit of spiritual civilization by the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government. At the beginning of this year, the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee came to our bank to hold an award ceremony on behalf of the provincial government. 4. Workers' rights and interests work

In accordance with the work arrangement of the party committee of the branch, in March of this year, the Ministry actively contacted the medical examination hospital and organized the employees of the whole government to conduct physical examinations. According to the results of the inspection, employees were vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine. Currently, the work is still in progress.

In May of this year, according to the requirements of the party committee, the Ministry was also responsible for organizing the bidding and inspection work of the employees and contracting processing enterprises. At the end of May, the signing of the order contract was completed, and the work of more than 1,200 employees of the whole bank was completed.

5. Party work

In accordance with the unified arrangements of the provincial party affairs department, in the first half of the year, the Ministry also actively organized various party branches in the industry, strictly checked and carefully selected the party activists, and participated in the party training of the municipal government working committee. At present, the 11 activists who participated in the training have successfully completed their business, and the proposed new candidates have been reported to the party committee of the branch.

6. Corporate culture construction work

In order to build a harmonious corporate culture environment and energize employees' cultural life, in the first half of the year, the Ministry of Education organized the following major and large-scale cultural and sports activities.

On the eve of the Spring Festival, the 2019 annual double-double excellent commendation meeting and the welcome new year party were held. In early March, in order to commemorate the 3.8 International Women's Day, women's employees of the whole bank organized a photography and calligraphy competition; in mid-May, the organization Line employees carry out the "Green's Covenant" theme mountaineering activities, and so on. The successful holding of the above activities has greatly enhanced the centripetal force of the employees and the cohesiveness of the party committees of the branches, and all achieved the expected results.

7, other work

In mid-June, the provincial bank held the province's 2019 business skill competition, and designated the company to undertake the whole process. In accordance with the instructions of the branch party committee, the Ministry has invested a lot of time and manpower from the preliminary preparations for the activities to the smooth development of the activities. Second, the main problems in the first half of the work

1. Although our department has revised the very detailed service management methods, in the daily management work, the evaluation lines are still rough, and the fineness of assessment needs to be strengthened.

2. In the 2019 Business Skills Competition held by the provincial bank, the Bank only won the fourth place in the total score of the group. This achievement does not match the positioning of the Bank in the province. Enhanced.

1. In the civilized quality service management work, in the second half of the year, the Ministry will adopt a variety of flexible methods to gradually increase the supervision, inspection and evaluation of the service status of various institutions, with a view to steadily improving the service level of the Bank.
