1. Organization members actively participate in in-depth study and practice of the scientific development concept.

The first is to organize learning to raise awareness. According to the unified requirements of the Party Committee of the Bureau, we carefully organized all the members to study "Establishment of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping's XX on Scientific Development" and "Extraction of Important Discussions on the Scientific Outlook on Development", and organized and carried out "Deep Emancipation of Mind and Adherence to Scientific Development". Second, work around the center and organize labor competitions.

At the beginning of the year, the impact of the financial crisis on the enterprises and employment of the city gradually appeared. The number of difficult enterprises increased, the job losses accelerated, and a large number of migrant workers returned to their hometowns, and the pressure for employment and reemployment increased. To this end, our trade unions have launched the “I am contributing to the employment” labor competition. Members in their respective positions provide advice and suggestions for employment, and help enterprises solve problems by expanding employment promotion, speeding up recruitment, and improving employment services. Focusing on employment difficulties and helping migrant workers return to employment, they continue to build a docking platform for employers and various job seekers, and promote the employment and reemployment work. The first is to carry out special assistance activities. In January, the city launched the “Returning Migrant Workers Re-employment Assistance Month” activity. During the event, we set up a job hunting registration window for returning migrant workers in the human resources market, accepting policy consultation, providing job information, recommending jobs, free career guidance and introduction. Employment training; send an "open letter" to the city's vast number of job seekers to publicize the current employment situation and guide the unemployed to employment as soon as possible. More than 3,000 copies of job information were distributed at stations, terminals, and communities. In the city's human resources market and towns, 1,000 free training vouchers were issued for returning migrant workers and urban unemployed people. The second is to organize special recruitment. On the eighth day of the first month, the “2019 New Year Service Enterprise and Returning Migrant Workers Reemployment” Recruitment Fair was held. A total of 98 domestic and foreign enterprises entered the market to negotiate, providing 3,615 jobs, and more than 5,000 urban and rural laborers were present. In March, we held a special job fair for “Dafeng City Women's Employment and Reemployment and Returning Youth Technicians, College and University Graduates” with the Municipal Women's Federation and the Municipal Youth League Committee to organize key enterprises that are in urgent need of recruitment. The key enterprises with shortage of household workers went to the site to recruit 2122 jobs, and 451 people reached employment intentions with the participating workers. More than 3,000 job seekers attended the meeting to discuss at the meeting, and 928 job seekers reached employment intentions with the employment enterprises.

In the first half of the year, a large-scale recruitment fair was held four times, and 5,170 people and employers reached an employment intention.

Third, innovative work, the development of "employment 110" special services.

At the beginning of this year, the “Employment 110” service center was established in the human resources market. The center has “zero-employment family” personnel, long-term unemployed people who enjoy the minimum living security of urban residents, long-term unemployed people who have difficulties in employment, those who are laid off and unemployed by both husband and wife, laid-off and unemployed persons of single-parent families, and families with special hardships who have employability and employment aspirations. Persons, disabled persons with employability and willingness to work, and family members of the military units of the Fengfeng Army serve as the target of the public, and openly promise to the public that the target of assistance does not pick up the post within a week. And through a series of employment assistance activities to help people with employment difficulties to achieve employment and re-employment, through a series of employment assistance activities to accelerate the pace of corporate economic recovery. At the same time, 15 pilot villages were established in 14 towns in the city. Through the hands-on action, town-linking job fairs, etc., enterprises with difficult recruitment, fast development, large employment gaps, enterprises that undertake major development projects, enterprises that need to introduce investment and need to expand the situation as soon as possible The technical personnel and the labor demand problems of various types of work are all coordinated and solved.

Fourth, other work:

1. Conduct healthy and rich trade union activities from time to time.
