Room foreman annual summary

Years have passed, in a blink of an eye, I have been to the xxx hotel for more than a year. Looking back on the work in this year, I strictly supported myself with the support and help of the leaders and colleagues, and completed my own work according to the requirements of the hotel. Through this year's study and leadership guidance, there has been a big change, and the quality of work has been improved. The work situation in this year will be summarized as follows:

A daily work management: as a floor foreman to have a coordinated role and cooperate with the manager to do floor management work

Second, strengthen their own learning and improve business improvement: Although I am a foreman to be excellent, I must learn from the manager and the book to improve my own quality. I have to improve my management ability in the next year to ensure the normal operation of the floor.

Three problems: There are also some problems and deficiencies in this year. 1 Some work is not serious enough, such as ward rounds, facilities and equipment and sanitation inspection are not very in place.

2 I don't care enough about the employees and I don't communicate in time. I don't know the employee's voice, I don't have the responsibility, and the team is lax.

3 Self-management level and theoretical level are limited.

Four years of the year:

1 Plan actively and conscientiously cooperate with the manager to do a good job on the floor.

2 Strengthen the inspection and maintenance of facilities and equipment, and give the guests a sense of harmony and comfort during use.

3 The quality of the room should be strictly required, and the planning and hygiene should be arranged reasonably.

4 Strengthen energy-saving inspection, give employees more energy-saving knowledge and strive for the second inspection

After 5, we must teach new employees and employees who are not standardized, and improve the staff's business level.

In the following days, I have to work hard and diligently to improve the shortcomings and carry forward the advantages. It is better for each employee to create higher value for the hotel.
