I. Basic situation This assessment is a systematic, comprehensive and formal assessment of our town. 1. Leaders attach importance to and highlight the seriousness of the assessment work. In order to accurately evaluate the performance and work performance of the staff of the government agencies in the town, and effectively strengthen the management of the team and improve the quality, the town party committee attaches great importance to this assessment work. First, my town held a special meeting on civil servant assessment work to study and deploy the annual assessment work. Comrade Yuan Duolun, secretary of the party committee, issued important opinions on how to conduct fair annual assessments in a fair, just, serious and realistic manner. This meeting is for me. The smooth progress of the annual assessment of the town laid the foundation.
2. Grading assessment to improve the authenticity of the assessment results. In the annual assessment, based on the combination of the usual assessment and the annual assessment, the town pays more attention to the combination of leading cadres and ordinary people. The statistics of the evaluation results were carried out under the supervision of the dry workers, and finally the publicity was carried out.
