In the debugging of the radio, we clearly understand how to check the radio's fault. For example, we found that the radio has no sound, it is likely that the radio's circuit board is short-circuited in a certain section. Or we find that the radio has sound but the sound is not the radio, but the sound of "shasha", then this is not a short-circuit problem, it should be due to the solder joint or poor contact of the components, so we need to check The board is soldered. It is after this series of debugging and inspection that we have made a big palm radio. In addition to the design of the radio, we also have a design of the light control circuit board. This internship course requires us to design ourselves from the circuit board. We first use the protel software to design the circuit diagram on the computer and print it again. The PCB is made by the thermal transfer method, and the excess copper piece is chemically removed. Finally, the first picture of the circuit board is left, and it needs to be punched and polished to become a circuit board. With the board, we need to repeat the previous steps to solder the components. After two days of welding, debugging, and inspection, I finally finished my light control board. After getting the kit, check the quantity one by one against the "component list". If possible, use a multimeter to measure the quality of the components, especially the ceramic capacitors. It is best to use a capacitance meter to measure.

According to the drawings, the welding components are welded according to the principle of welding small components first, then welding the large components, and finally welding the integrated blocks. The components are placed on the bottom plate as much as possible, and the components are not inserted into the wrong position. The integrated block CD1691CB adopts a double-row 28-pin patch structure, which has a dense row of legs. It is quickly soldered with a pointed tip during soldering. If a soldering is unsuccessful, it should be cooled before proceeding to the next soldering. Bad integrated block, after welding, check whether there is any false, false, wrong welding, and whether there is a short circuit caused by dragging.
Assembled into a radio as described above. Install the battery to receive the broadcast AM segment, and the antenna can be received by the FM broadcast. Medium wave adjustment: Since various parameters are designed on the integrated block, the debugging is very simple. It is only necessary to pull the radio station in the middle band. L1 and T1 are respectively adjusting the coverage of the high frequency part and the oscillation frequency of the medium wave, T3 Is to adjust the intermediate frequency.
FM frequency FM adjustment: L2 and L3 are respectively adjusted to cover the high frequency part and the oscillation frequency. When adjusting, only the inductive screwdriver is used to toggle their tightness. Here, the adjustment of L3 is very important, which directly affects the number of stations. . When the tightness of the L3 is still not received or the number of the stations is not enough, please increase or decrease the number of turns of l3 to achieve satisfactory results. T2 is the intermediate frequency of 10.7MHz. T1 T2 T3 has been adjusted to the specified frequency before leaving the factory. It only needs to be fine-tuned left and right when adjusting.

On the first day, before entering the welding laboratory, the teacher briefly explained the structure and working principle of the radio, let us have a general understanding of the radio, and I was more aware of the internship.

After returning to the bedroom, we checked the relevant information online and watched the internship video.
Before welding the components on the second day, we used the circuit board practice of the previous seniors to master the usage of the pen. When we started our own practice, our solder joints can be described as "can not bear to gamble", and some students even have hand shaking when welding. The teacher told us to use a soldering pen to touch the foot and the chip when soldering, and then quickly push the tin into the low end of the tip of the pen, and then quickly lift the tin and the pen. In this way, a better welding can be completed, and the speed and accuracy of the welding can be improved while avoiding the virtual welding, and the hand tremor during the welding process can be avoided to some extent, so that the welded joints are also relatively good.
Then, our experimental team carefully studied the radio schematic and printed circuit board. After many familiarizations, you can be confident and understand the position and function of each component.
Then solder again. Use the method that the teacher gave us, first solder small components, then solder large components, and finally solder the integrated blocks. The welding process of small components and large components is relatively smooth, and there is a little trouble in soldering the integrated blocks. Due to the tip of the tip of the pen and the lack of our experience, the feet of the block are densely packed. After the soldering, we found that the soldering pin was scratched, which caused a short circuit. After thinking about it, we tried to fix it, but the problem of dragging tin has not been solved.
After asking the teacher, the teacher showed us a new way – instead of welding one foot separately, we used a large drop of tin droplets to roll down a row of solder joints in a row of integrated blocks. We found that where there are solder fillets and solder tabs, the solder will automatically stick, and where there is no contact between the solder fillet and the solder tab, the tin will automatically roll down. This will quickly and perfectly weld a whole block of integrated blocks.
Under the guidance of the teacher, we carefully completed the radio. After repeated inspections, we installed the battery for debugging with expectation. After careful debugging, the music sounded clear on the radio! We succeeded! Our hearts are full of joy and sense of accomplishment.

One of the most challenging exercises in my internship during the week was welding. Welding is one of the basic methods of metal processing. Its basic operation is "five-step method."
