The first four weeks of this semester are graduation internships. Before that, we conducted internships, production internships, construction and management training. This is a graduation internship. We all value this internship because this is the last time we have an internship organized by the school during our school years. Our majors are divided into eight groups. I am in the eighth group. There is a teacher led by Hu. The teacher said that the internship site can be found by myself. During the internship, I often keep in touch with the teacher and report the progress and experience of the internship every week. Under the enthusiastic care and guidance of the teacher, we learned a lot of knowledge that was not available in the textbook during the internship. When we encountered an incomprehensible place, we all asked the instructor in time, so we all felt great in the internship. It laid a solid foundation for future work.

I. Internship purpose

Second, the internship content

Participate in the operation of the whole process of measurement engineering, steel engineering, formwork engineering, concrete engineering and masonry construction, learn the construction technology and construction organization management method of each type of work, learn and apply relevant engineering construction specifications and quality inspection and evaluation standards, and learn The treatment of the technology during the construction process.

Third, the internship overview

During the internship, observe the safety rules and regulations of the internship unit and the school, and have a high attendance rate. Actively ask the workers' masters to find out the problems and use the theoretical knowledge they have learned to solve the problems with the help of the site technicians. Have a very specific understanding of steel engineering, formwork engineering, concrete engineering, etc., and practice some of the engineering.

1. The use of steel bars for steel works must adhere to the principle of first inspection and use; the steel bars must have the factory certificate and inspection report, and can be used in the project after the re-inspection according to the national regulations. The steel bars are processed on site, and the manufacturing process is: steel machinery Installation → steel butt welding → taper thread processing → bending forming → steel banding.

2. The formwork template and its support shall be designed according to the engineering structure form, load size, foundation soil type, construction equipment and material supply. The formwork and its supports shall have sufficient load carrying capacity, rigidity and stability to reliably withstand the weight, side pressure and construction load of the poured concrete. When pouring concrete, the formwork and the brackets may occur when the mold is expanded, run, or even collapsed under the action of concrete gravity, side pressure and construction load. In order to avoid accidents and ensure the quality of the project and the safety of the construction, the requirements for the observation, maintenance and abnormal handling of the formwork and its support are proposed.

3. The strength grade of concrete for structural engineering must meet the design requirements. Test pieces used to inspect the concrete strength of structural members shall be randomly selected at the place where the concrete is poured. Sampling and specimen placement shall comply with the following requirements:

1. For each concrete with a mixing ratio of 100 and not more than 100m3, the sampling shall not be less than one time;

2. When the concrete of the same mix ratio is less than 100 plates per work shift, the sampling shall not be less than one time;

3. When a continuous pouring exceeds 100m3, the concrete of the same mix ratio shall not be sampled less than once every 200m3;

4. The concrete of each floor and the same proportion should be sampled no less than once;

5. At least one set of standard maintenance test pieces shall be reserved for each sampling. The number of retention groups of the same condition maintenance test pieces shall be determined according to actual needs.

Fourth, the main tasks of the internship

The main task of our internship is to understand the type of construction of the internship site, to understand the nature of the project, the scale, the structural characteristics of the building and the construction conditions, to understand the operating scope and procedures of different mechanical equipment, and to ask more about the unknown. Try to participate and understand the preparations before and during the construction of the project, participate in the materials entering the construction site, collect relevant technical information, organize the construction internship diary, and do a good job in the end of the internship.

We should know or be familiar with the performance of the mechanical equipment commonly used on the construction site. With all sorts of questions, we asked while visiting and tried to understand the common mechanical equipment.

In order to understand the operating range and procedures of different mechanical equipment, the master of the operation of the “double cone reverse discharge mixer” seen at the construction site carefully told us that it is currently a widely used self-falling type in construction engineering. The mixer is mainly stirred according to the gravity mechanism. Observing we can see that the inner wall of the mixing drum is welded with curved blades. When the mixing drum rotates around the horizontal axis, the blades continuously raise the material to a certain height, then freely fall and blend with each other. Mainly used for the agitation of general aggregate plastic concrete. In order to carry out effective cost control, the foreman told us that the correct order of discharge is: stone, water, sand. It is wasteful because the order of discharge is not correct. At the scene, we saw that the master was building hollow bricks. According to him, the hollow bricks have good thermal insulation properties, and are mainly used for non-load-bearing walls or infill walls of frame structures, such as the wall behind the balcony. Use masonry mortar, the hole is 1/2 of the hole, and the hole is staggered downward. If the door and window holes are to be opened next to the hollow brick, three solid bricks should be filled in and constructed.

Architectural internship summary

Secondly, through this internship, I have gained a deeper understanding of the relevant knowledge of engineering. It should be said that learning more professional knowledge at school is only theoretical, and it is still somewhat different from reality. This internship has some help for my ability to map and map. I know where to pay attention and calculate carefully. Where the structure must consider the safety of the construction, and where to consider the actual construction problems when drawing. It can be constructed and meet the requirements of the specification, and the design and construction standardization can be achieved. Without this internship, perhaps the drawing is just a photocopy of the book, not considering too many problems, and even more likely to think about whether the design can be constructed. Although the construction site is bitter, what can be learned is some practical things. The exercise is the practical ability to solve problems.

In addition, by helping the information staff to fill in some of the information, I have a certain understanding of the construction materials, knowing when to fill in the information, who needs to sign, etc. These are things I have not touched before.
