I. Internship purpose

In the afternoon of July 8th, although the sky was drizzling, it did not affect our excitement. We took the school bus to the internship destination in the afternoon at the Zhonghai International Community, and listened to the teacher's guidance to follow the site safety principles.

Third, the experimental content

After entering the construction site, the teacher will explain the building entity that we saw along the way, and analyze the combination of the upper layer construction and the next layer construction. After the lower concrete structure is completed, the concrete form is put into the concrete mixing concrete. The lower layer of steel is higher than the formwork, and the upper layer is used to join the lower layer of concrete when the lower layer is combined. The teacher analyzed and explained the structure, formation and setting principles and causes of the building.

Then we watched the machining of steel bars at room temperature. According to the needs of the building, the types of steel bars required are different, mainly including straight-threaded steel bars and coiled steel bars in rolls. At the scene, the cold drawing of the round bar and the bending process of the reinforced bar were observed. Tell us that steel bars can't be placed in the open air, and the steel bars that are eroded by rain will change the physical properties together, and the rust will affect the adhesion of steel bars to concrete. In the introduction, the teacher said that these complicated and difficult programs have been done manually in the past 20 years. Finally, we enter the main structure of the building through a safe passage. This is a one-story, two-family residential building. Each household has an area of ​​80 square meters. It is a two-bedroom, two-bedroom, one-bedroom, small-sized standard room. The building is made of reinforced concrete. The wall structure is a brick wall. Considering the safety of the students, we did not go to the top, just to visit between the 2-4 floors. Due to the weather, I returned to school by school bus after visiting the main building.

Internship content:

At first, the prototype of this site had not yet been seen, only a foundation pit was seen. We are assigned to the release group, which is the foundation of the building and is necessary for our beginners. During this period, I had a better understanding of the level and the theodolite, and I was more familiar with the operation of the measuring instrument. I also practiced the observation of the instrument on the construction site, which enabled me to adapt to operating the instrument under different conditions.

Night shift is a skill that allows us to adapt to the field operation under more severe conditions. To adapt to the worst environment, we can train ourselves better and let us learn more and more solid. Now the night in the north is cold. In the sleepy and cold, we must complete the measurement task. This is a challenge for our college students who are just internships, and a test that reflects our ability to adapt.

As we work with the measurement, we also need to do something else to enrich our internship life. Digging, digging stones, moving bricks... is the exercise of our will. Although we have not done well for these exercises, we have also honed us at the same time. However, we have experienced the taste of society and let us know the hard work of the work.
