By visiting the thin plate and thick plate workshop of the body shop, the students learned about the production process and equipment of the car cover and the beam. By visiting the wheel factory and the Jifa parts factory, the students learned about the new stamping technology such as the spinning of the wheel. At the same time, it is also understood that the use of simple stamping process, equipment and mold can greatly reduce the cost and significantly improve the efficiency in the case of a small batch of automobile covers. If the drawing die of the welded structure replaces the drawing die of the casting structure, the material can be greatly saved, and the model for casting is not required; the universal hydraulic press replaces the double-action press, which can greatly reduce the cost of the equipment.
