2012-2013 school year work and study summary


From 2019 to 2019, life was dull but not boring, and time passed was hurried but meaningful. From the national small to the university and to the national small, it seems to be a blink of an eye. From the mud land, to the capital of the motherland, Beijing, and to our provincial capital, Jinan. Along the way, all the way, once lost, once rejoicing.

It is almost a year since I came to Weisan Road, a small family. I worked, learned , and grew up during the year. In this year, I saw the development and changes of the small country of Weisan Road. Still, I have no home in Jinan. Since I came to Jinan, Weisan has become my home in Jinan. I hope that my home is getting better, getting more and more happy and getting warmer.

2019 is the year of China, the year of China's Olympics, and the year of disaster in China. This year we will host the Olympic Games for the first time! The people of the whole country celebrate! Because we are strong, we are recognized and trusted by people of all nationalities in the world! Our disaster year in 2019, but the successive disasters reflect the unity and love of our entire country and the entire nation! As an ordinary teacher of the Weisan Road National Elementary School, the things of the big family of the motherland are closely related to me and our school. In the first time of the disaster, our school teachers and students carried forward the outstanding traditions of one party with difficulties and supported the disaster areas. The motherland has worked together to overcome difficulties! Similarly, our schools have some twists and turns. But I believe that everyone in our school will work hard in the difficulties! I believe we will be better! The future of Weisan will be brilliant!

I first met Weiwei on the Internet and saw photos. The good atmosphere of Go has caught my attention. When I came to Jinan, I found the school very hard. I saw the door feeling normal, but the entrance to the school gate was greeted by an elegant and clean campus. I suddenly fell in love with this small and elegant school. At that moment, I think this is my most desirable place!

I came to Weisan Road, Guoxiao, and I was engaged in the teaching of Chinese chess culture in the school-based class of the 12th grade of the school. In the first semester, I learned and advanced in the continuous exploration. According to the characteristics and basic conditions of our school, the basic teaching content and teaching objectives are specified. In the process of continuous exploration of the school-based curriculum , I have developed different learning content and learning objectives for each grade. Moreover, different teaching methods are adopted according to the teaching content and goals of different stages. In addition, I also served as a physical education class for the second class of the fourth grade. I have been listening to sports and said that it is my major. In the fourth grade physical education class, I try my best to be student-independent, and get exercised in the laughter of the students in the purpose of health and happiness. Half a semester of physical education taught me a lot, but also recognized by students. I am very happy with the half-semester guest class teaching.

In the first and second grades, because of the limited ability of the child to accept the age, I put the enthusiasm of the students in the main position. It is not easy to mobilize the enthusiasm of all children. In the teaching process, I take stories such as telling stories, playing games, and watching cartoons about Go. In terms of teaching content, I mainly started from the enlightenment of Go technology, let the children learn how to play Go, and gradually cultivate children's interest in the process of playing chess. In the lower grades, I also pay special attention to cultivating students' basic etiquette knowledge, starting with the etiquette of Go and gradually regulating the daily behavior of students. In the third and fourth grades, the child's ability to accept has improved, so I took the appreciation of Go poetry as part of the teaching content. Interspersed in the learning of Go technology, allowing students to appreciate the Chinese poetry and poetry about Go while learning Go techniques. At this stage, it is still important to cultivate students' interest in learning and increase the opportunities and time for students to practice. In the process of student learning , students are given the opportunity to practice and speak, so that students can maintain a good interest in the process of learning and give full play to the enthusiasm of students to actively learn . The fifth and sixth grade students have a certain ability to understand. In the course of teaching, I gradually added to the development history and current situation of Go, the introduction of Go celebrities and Go games. Increase the content of Go culture, from the aspects of Go and Chinese culture, let students understand the close relationship between Go and China's ancient culture. In the teaching process, I pay attention to mobilizing the enthusiasm of students, and motivate each student to actively collect Go knowledge.

In the final semester, the intense teaching work is coming to an end. In the final summary, I have set a relatively clear goal for the future school-based teaching work: to cultivate character, correct etiquette, training thinking, self-cultivation. The teaching content continues to be taught from the improvement of the technical level of Go and the two aspects of Go and Chinese culture. In the process of learning Go techniques, let students understand the history and development of Go, appreciate the poetry and songs related to Go, pay attention to the cultivation of students' character, combine the daily behaviors of students with the etiquette of Go, and train the thinking while achieving the purpose of self-cultivation.

In the second semester, my teaching work is gradually on the right track. On the basis of the popularization of Go, we have introduced the current domestic chess game “Double Checkers”, which makes our school-based lesson content more colorful. The content is not only to enter Chinese chess culture, but to face the world chess. And world chess culture. The development of international checkers has broadened the horizons of students, enriched the learning content of students, and mobilized the enthusiasm of students to learn chess knowledge. The school leaders are very supportive of my work, and I have had two opportunities to study abroad during the year. I went to Tianjin for the first time and went to Beijing this year to participate in the training course for international checkers coaches conducted by the State Sports General Administration.

Many of the knowledge related to Go, from Go techniques to Go culture, from Go to Go to Go, from Go celebrities to Go masters, from Weisan Road Go culture to Go and Chinese culture. While collecting the knowledge of Go, I also established a platform for communication and learning together on the blog. Parents and students can leave me a message, ask questions, etc. in the blog.

In the first semester, I was very honored to participate in the research activities of our school with the help of teachers, and I was well received by everyone. The most important thing is that through this research class activity, I got a lot of good suggestions from the leaders and teachers, which benefited me a lot. In the second semester, I also participated in the school's “Taste Classroom” activity. I was racking my brains in the design preparation of the class, hoping to make a good show in this section. Although I was well received by our team leader and teacher in the later exchange of taste class activities, I was not very satisfied with that class. I still need a lot of improvement and need to learn .

In addition to my work in teaching, I have accepted other work arranged by the school in the past ten months. When I first came to Jinan in July, because of the school decoration arrangement, I was working night shifts at the school. It was meaningful for more than half a month. I was trained and familiar with the new working environment. In the first semester, I was very fortunate to be arranged by the school to follow the sixth grade students to the alchemical education base. For the first time, I felt the education of the national primary school education base. In addition, there were two times to lead the team to participate in the competition, and also successfully organized the school's "Second Arts Cup Chess Competition".

Summarizing the teaching of a school year, I feel a lot of gains. The harvest of a school year has reached a bumper harvest. Our students also achieved excellent results in this school year. Zhang Yongle and other students were promoted to the amateur three-segment title, which increased the number of amateur three-stage students to five! Gao Yu won the three-stage women's team championship in the just-concluded second-class Go game in Shandong Province, which was promoted to the title of 4 paragraphs. It also made two students in the 4th section of our school. Among them, Gao Yu was ranked sixth in the friendly match between Shandong Province and Mongolia sponsored by Shandong Chess in the international checkers, and the first place in Shandong Province! After that, the international checkers team of our school participated in the national selection contest held in Wuhan and won the second place in the women's team. The national Chinese chess class that we participated in has also made great progress. It participated in the second China Windsurfing Cup Results Exchange Group held in Hangzhou and won the third prize of the group. Our school also won the title of the annual advanced experimental base. At the same time, I am also honored to be awarded the title of excellent coach by the research team.

In the past ten months, my life has been fulfilling and meaningful! In the future work, I will continue to work hard, work hard, and work hard!

Time flies, the years are not waiting for people. I will try to avoid regrets on my own life! Although things don't necessarily move in the direction I imagined, there are occasional twists and turns between individuals and homes as well as our schools.
