National Primary School Training and Learning Summary


In May 2019, I was fortunate enough to participate in the training of the president of Tianjin Elementary School. With eagerness and excitement, and with a few confusions in education and teaching, I began a one-month study and training. The whole activity was organized under the careful organization of the Nankai Education Center of Tianjin China Teacher Training Center. The arrangement is reasonable and the content is rich. Let us interact face-to-face with many teaching experts, teachers, and principals to understand their understanding of teaching management, learn their advanced management methods and concepts, and learn more about the faculty of school management in developed areas.

Soon, three weeks of intensive training has ended. During this time, I and 27 principals from all counties are busy on beautiful campuses every day, listening to reports from famous teachers, sharing the famous school principals’ experience and effective management. Method of operation. Feel the wisdom of different principals in communication and thought collisions. This training not only allowed me to broaden my thinking, broadened my horizons, strengthened my awareness of learning and research, but also gave me a clear idea of ​​the next step. I am very grateful to the leaders of the Education Bureau of Qamdo and the Education Bureau of Dingqing County for providing me with a rare opportunity to learn. I am also very grateful to the teachers of Nankai Education Center and the teachers of the practice school for their hard work and meticulous care. Three weeks of theoretical study have benefited me a lot:

One or three weeks of theoretical study gave me a deeper understanding of the principal common sense of the principal:

1. The principal should strive to be a manager who knows how to do it. To manage the teaching work and gradually improve the quality of teaching, we must be a knowledgeable manager. Therefore, managers should strengthen their learning according to their own characteristics, learn more about new theoretical knowledge of teaching management, and learn more about new curriculum reform and school-based teaching and research. The knowledge is based on the analysis of the school and the combination of theory and practice. Through learning , we constantly improve our own quality and leadership.

2. The principal should be good at thinking. The principal should be a thinker. The foresight, adjustment and reflection of the work need to be studied. The problem can be found at any time, the problem can be solved, the deep-seated factors can be explored, and the roots can be consolidated to achieve the concept of “connotation development”.

3. If the principal wants to really go deep into the teaching management, he must work with the teachers to jointly study the school-running ideas suitable for the school teachers. If the teacher can't understand your school thinking, then your school philosophy is only space to achieve. Therefore, in order to truly penetrate into the teaching management, we must first study the characteristics of the teachers we manage, let the management ideas adapt to the teachers, and strive to be different from person to person in management.

In addition, the principal should be a versatile person, not versatile, but must not know nothing about it...

Two: After three weeks of study , I learned a lot from the practical teachers.

During the training period, the hard work and careful care of the teachers made me cherish. The trainees who participated in the training were principals, directors, etc., but the teachers regarded us as care and care for children. They noticed that the students were not used to eating in Tianjin, and they tried to negotiate with the hotel, forcing the hotel chef to make delicious meals for us. These bits and pieces make us feel very uncomfortable. I also care about students in my daily education and teaching work, but there is still a certain gap between them and teachers. I think if our education colleagues in Tibet can care for the students like teachers, we will not be too confused in terms of enrollment and consolidation. Although we put forward the slogan of "love the child like a child, love school like home", and ask yourself, how much can you really do?

Although this training has only been more than a month, I feel that it has a profound impact on my future work. Although the content of this training can not be a panacea, solve all problems in the actual work of the school. Applying the theory to practice also requires a difficult process. Even some successful experiences will encounter many problems and difficulties in the process of borrowing the mirror. It also requires a lot of work to study and explore.

However, in the short three-week training, advanced educational concepts and effective methods, especially the thinking of today's education and the work style of loving students, will make my future work have important guiding significance. I will use the theory, experience and research methods obtained in the training to continuously explore, be brave in practice, improve myself, and make due contributions to the school's education and teaching work.
