Summary of summer teachers' summer study


During the summer of July 2019, I had the privilege of participating in the training course for the backbone teachers of the “Lingyan Project” in Nanxun District, and conducted the first phase of theoretical training. During the period, I listened to the reports of more than a dozen education experts and principals. During this time, my heart has always been fulfilled, because there are passionate partners and teachers with advanced ideas and knowledge. The live examples of the experts, the rich knowledge and the exquisite theoretical explanations have all benefited me from this summer training trip.

1. Be a reflective teacher and constantly improve your teaching standards.

Quietly thinking about it, I found that there are still shortcomings in my teaching that need to be improved. Looking back at my teaching over the past few years, I have done a lot less thinking. A few weeks of training, one of my experiences is to say goodbye to my own yesterday, to reflect more, to be a reflective teacher, and constantly improve their teaching standards. I will start with the following:

1. Strengthen cultural business learning and improve theoretical standards. If a teacher lacks theoretical guidance on his teaching behavior, and the teacher's business level is low, can he talk about reflection teaching? A good teacher in a class lacks theoretical guidance, is not good at summing up, and can't talk about his own teaching behavior. This can't be a really good teacher. Only by continuous learning and constant charging can we master solid theoretical knowledge and use theory to guide teaching behavior in order to become a reflective teacher.

2. Enrich the content of reflection and improve the ability of reflection. Teachers should reflect on different methods in a timely manner according to the actual situation. It can be a class, a teaching link, a reflection of teaching content, which can be a successful teaching; it can also be a reflection on "failure". In the future, I will try my best to make my reflections come true.

Second, let the students become the real masters of the classroom

Since the reform of the new curriculum, many teachers have included me. I have changed my teaching method into heuristic teaching without changing the medicine. The whole classroom is completely questioned and answered by the teacher's thinking. On the surface, it seems that the class is returned to the students. In fact, students rarely have room for their own thinking. Our teachers are very tired to teach, and students are more tired. Then, in science class, how to cultivate students' sense of innovation? Most of the lectures of the experts revolve around a main line: that is, let the students truly become the masters of the class!

1. Prepare classes before class and do instructional design. As a teacher, you should not only learn through the teaching materials, but also try to collect knowledge about the teaching materials. Actively derived from interest, the process of instructional design is to transform the teaching materials into a process that is easy for students to learn and learn. Therefore, teachers should properly grasp the teaching materials so that students can gradually develop independently and explore knowledge independently. This will help to improve the extent to which students participate in the whole process of teaching.

2. Let the students actively discuss. Really effective classroom teaching is not simply to let learners possess other people's knowledge, but to construct their own knowledge and experience and form their own opinions. Discussion is an effective way for students to participate in the teaching process. During the discussion, students inspire each other, help each other, learn from each other, let different students express their opinions, brainstorm ideas, and solve difficult problems. During the discussion, it is necessary to avoid the phenomenon that “the eugenics play the leading role, the middle school is the supporting role, and the poor students are the listeners”.

3. Develop a habitual church approach

In the usual science teaching activities, our teachers should pay attention to fully mobilize the students' enthusiasm for learning , and help students develop good habits such as diligent information, diligent thinking, and diligent consultation. And teach students how to learn , let them learn how to learn . So I love learning , learning to learn , and laying the foundation for lifelong learning . So that they really become the master of the classroom. This also requires long-term guidance and supervision by our teachers.

Third, teachers should pay attention to their words and deeds, pay attention to the psychology of students.

In the study of XX high school students in the United States, Wal-Mart and Anderson found that arbitrariness teachers can cause students to have higher level of setbacks, show a certain degree of resentment to teachers, low learning atmosphere, and significantly reduced learning performance. So, how should teachers avoid the harm that their words and deeds cause to students? Professor Gao’s lecture is still remembered in my ear. My superficial experience is:

1. Teachers should be cautious, learn to observe carefully, and pay attention to the emotional experience of students.

The middle school students are in a semi-mature and semi-naive period, which is a stage of independence and dependence, self-consciousness and childishness. They are very concerned about the evaluation of others, especially the attitude of teachers to them is more important. Therefore, as a teacher, we must carefully regulate our own words and deeds, learn to observe carefully, pay attention to the emotional experience of students, so as not to cause harm to students.

2. Strengthen teacher-student communication, learn to communicate with each other, and form a harmonious teacher-student relationship

As a teacher, if you have a comprehensive understanding of the character of the students, such as which students are more sensitive, vulnerable, and which students have strong self-esteem, then in education and education, they will naturally consciously regulate their words and deeds, so as not to cause unintentional harm. . On the contrary, if students can be familiar with the teacher's personality, hobbies, hobbies and ways of doing things, they will naturally enhance their adaptability, thus avoiding the harm.

For each of our students, the road ahead is still very long, and there is still a lot of work waiting for us to do. I will cherish the opportunity of this study and do "sit down to learn new things and practice my mind."
