My feelings are similar to those of Mr. Xu Jialu. He said what I wanted to say. However, his generalization is more high.

In the past few days, my emotions have changed constantly: sometimes I am very excited. I am so good at seeing students from the National People’s University. Sometimes I am very pessimistic. I think of the gap between my students and the students of the National People’s University. Sometimes I am very lost. Year of education, what kind of path is it in the end; sometimes it is self-blame, I am also the principal, why can't the school be built better, so that teachers and students are enjoying a kind of happiness.

I have been thinking about how to be a good principal. Run a school well. How to determine our own development standards, President Liu Pengzhi and the People’s University High School set an example for us. I think that President Liu is a good principal with "big breasts, great wisdom, and great skills."

1. A good principal must have a lofty ideal and a broad mind. I named it "big breasts." There are at least two ideal implementations. First, the individual has realized his own ideals; second, the ideal has been realized by some people. The first ideal is based on the individual word. The second ideal is based on the motherland and all mankind. I believe that the highest state of education is to be able to care for the motherland, inherit the culture, and let all human beings achieve freedom and happiness. On President Liu, we can deeply feel that an educator highly integrates individual educational ideals with great educational careers. This is like a fish looking for water and belonging to nature. With Mr. Wang Meng’s explanation, it is “Tao”. It is because I followed the road. Therefore, in the middle school affiliated to the National People's Congress, teachers are happy, students are successful, and the school maintains sustainable development.

We also saw that President Liu and the National People's Congress High School supported the education in the suburbs of Beijing, supported the education in the west, paid attention to the education in the earthquake-stricken areas, set up the Sangao football base, and undertook the dissemination of Chinese culture to the world under the arrangement of the Ministry of Culture and Hanban. Great cause. President Liu is to maximize the social value of the most outstanding school in the National People's Congress High School. The reason why I constantly emphasize the big breasts, because the reality of the entanglement of me can not be avoided. More than 90% of the students in our school are children of migrant workers. They are the lowest level of society and the improvement of Chinese nationals. These students are the lowest of the "barrel" theory. These students are very poor. Their destiny cannot be changed by parents, and they can only rely on teachers and learning . Therefore, I put forward the idea of ​​“knowledge to change fate, education to create the future”. I am willing to make efforts as much as possible for the growth of children. They can't take universities such as Peking University Tsinghua University, but they must educate them to become a straight-line person in the body, become a good laborer in character, and lay a good foundation for future survival in terms of skills. Our school cannot be famous for these students, and teachers cannot enjoy the professional happiness through these students. For example, in the first day, I enrolled 300 people. Many students returned to their hometowns in the second day of the second year. In the third day, only a few dozen people left in Beijing to take the senior high school entrance examination. The only thing that can support us is the responsibility to the motherland! ! ! Through the enthusiasm of the people attached to the National People's Congress in recent days, I have deepened my deeper love for these students because they are national. We are educating people for the country, so we must insist on not giving up on them, not abandoning them, not to be disgusted. After going back, I must share my feelings with the team to help you deeply understand our responsibilities, and then continue to research and innovate, how to better cultivate the bottom children of these society.

2. President Liu and the experience of the National People’s University High School told me the second word "great wisdom." The extraordinary education in China initiated by President Liu has enabled a group of unsold jadeites to be cultivated and polished with the minds of educators to create so many brilliant talents dedicated to the country. All of this reflects the wisdom of President Liu. In the reports of several teachers, it was also said that President Liu seems to have a hunch, such as the development of the school's online platform before SARS. President Liu constantly emphasized that I must dare to think, I think this dare is definitely not the blind daring of Xu Wei’s shirtlessness in the three countries. I think this dare, even the so-called premonition, is a profound understanding of China's national conditions, the long-term reflection on education, and the judgment and expectation of the future development of the motherland. It has gone far beyond the scope of education. At this level, I feel that it is not an exaggeration to say that President Liu is a thinker!

Speaking of this, I am thinking, as a principal, do I have any long-term judgment on education? What is the future development of so-called alchemy education and exam-oriented education? What can our basic school do for the balanced development of education? More importantly, what is the difference between the standards for talents in the future and what is now, as the schools are advancing with the times and which are always adhered to. . and many more. This kind of wisdom requires me to constantly learn , think and temper in practice.

From the headmaster of Liu, I can feel a kind of "education of educators." President Liu is particularly eager for more and better schools in China to train more outstanding talents to serve the motherland. President Liu said that she did not want others to call her old lady because she was doing the work of 30- and 40-year-olds. Indeed, President Liu was able to enjoy the family's happiness in the years of the flower, but she still hosted a number of trainings such as the Shanghai Principal's training for the Beijing Principal. President Liu also talked about his body, only half a meal per meal. From this, I can feel the eagerness of an education elder to the development of Chinese education.

Minister Li said that it is rare to see Chinese things in the United States. China's education needs to develop rapidly. As an important member of China's basic education, we cannot wait and can only develop education quickly and well. We have achieved good results so far, but compared with advanced countries, we are still very different. President Liu and the National People's University High School have already demonstrated our valuable experience. 3. President Liu and the experience of the National People’s University High School told me the third word: Big Ben. What I want to say is the ability to overcome all difficulties, surpass ourselves and pursue excellence. I think of the international song: "There has never been a savior and no god emperor. To create human happiness depends on ourselves." I remember that "Life is a big thing", when President Liu first conducted science and technology education, Ride a bicycle to Xicheng District and ask an old comrade to help. The first office was in a small cubicle under the stairs. Everyone is exploring the road to success in the National People's University High School. It is precisely those tidbits that best tell us what the real people in the NPC are. President Liu repeatedly said that “it will do things, do good things, and not cause trouble”. There is a challenge to reality behind it, and a spirit of self-improvement is surging. I understand that. Because there is no ready-made experience to copy, there is no ready road to go. The road to success in the National People's Congress is not my path to success, but her spirit is universal. My tutor once taught me that if you want to make things, your teeth will be bitten and swallowed. Today, I saw President Liu, I have a deeper understanding of this sentence. I can bite my teeth and swallow it in my stomach. I still keep smiling and I am a big man. It is a great ability to resist stress. Young people are really too lacking in this quality. I think of one of Engels's "Before Marx's Tomb": the irony of the enemy and the smashing of the scorpion like a gossamer. President Liu himself showed such a style.

China's education reform requires an explorer like Liu Pengzhi's teacher; the implementation of elementary education requires a pioneer like Liu Pengzhi. The development of education in China requires a batch of dream catchers under the influence of Liu Pengzhi's educational thoughts.
