Focus on solving seven aspects:

3. The problem of lack of responsibility and professionalism. Some cadres are irresponsible for their work. Some disciplines are slack, free and sloppy, late and early, and even one-minded and second-handed, not doing business, working private affairs, chatting online, playing games, etc.
There are three main criteria for measuring the effectiveness of cadre's ideological and disciplined work style.
