Teacher summer training training work report

This summer, I was fortunate enough to be sent to the Shandong Light Industry Engineering School for a 20-day training. The training started from July 16th to August 4th. During this period, I mainly studied mold design. Through these days of training, I have benefited a lot, especially in connection with my own education and teaching. I am deeply touched. I will summarize my experience as follows:

One: The teaching method is novel and the learning mode is unique.

Mold design is a professional technical course, covering a wide range of fields, including ug design software, lathes, milling machines, CNC turning and machining centers and EDM, etc., is a fairly comprehensive professional. Therefore, learning mold design should have multiple aspects of technology. Because the training time is short and can't be comprehensively studied , the knowledge is relatively specific. Therefore, in this training, we focus on the two technologies of ug software and WEDM.

The learning of ug software uses the project teaching method. By designing a mold form, the command system that can be used in the ug software is mastered. This kind of teaching method is relatively new. Although the project teaching has been proposed very early, it is not easy to master in teaching. This training adopts this method, fully solves the problems of short training time and complete tasks, so that students can acquire a lot of knowledge in a very short time. In the training of more than 20 days, we have practiced through several projects, basically grasping the common commands and simple use of ug software, so that we can get the hand in the test and finally get the certificate of the intermediate molder.

Second, theory and practice coexist.

In the practical operation, we focused on the operation of the wire EDM machine. First of all, we will study the theoretical knowledge system from the books. We don't know how to ask the teacher to write more theoretical knowledge in the mind. Then, we actually apply the machine tool to apply the theoretical knowledge to practice to achieve the theory and Practice coexists. In the course of operation, we are meticulous in the process of winding, threading, and knives. After the problem occurs, we are serious in discovering the problem, checking the problem, and solving the problem. After completing a product, we On the parameters, product quality, and product panel, we strictly control. After 20 days of hard work, we went from a layman to a junior professional. The bitterness of this can only be realized by ourselves. But in order to learn the technology, we can really learn the knowledge and bring us the knowledge we have learned. Students, we have no regrets.

Third, learn from each other's strengths, service teaching.

Summer training, first, to learn knowledge, to supplement their own professional knowledge, so that they can keep up with the times, so that students can access the most cutting-edge knowledge, thus laying a good foundation for the society. The second is to be able to go out and learn the excellent teaching methods and teaching methods of the brothers and universities, learn advanced teaching concepts, learn from each other's strengths, and serve the teaching, so as to better serve the students.

Through this training, I felt my own shortcomings, mainly reflected in the imperfect knowledge system. Nowadays, the society has vigorously developed the manufacturing industry, which has promoted the development of vocational education. The vocational school graduates have become the mainstream of the social labor force, but these students need to learn the knowledge to adapt to the needs of the society. How can we train them to be in line with society so that they can go directly to work? This is what we urgently need to solve. It is to perfect the knowledge system and the school must be closely linked to the society. Constantly communicate with students, communicate with the society, meet the needs of students, and seek the needs of the society. Improve our knowledge structure so that school teaching can be linked to social training and teaching, and truly cultivate talents that are useful to society.

In summary, I have only experienced some of my experience in this training. Through this training, I have learned a lot, I have learned a lot, and my knowledge level is higher. I believe that in the future teaching, I will be better. Using the results of summer training, serving the teaching and becoming an excellent people's teacher.
