After listening to the lecture, it made my mood difficult to calm for a long time. As the teacher in the lecture said: “As a teacher, not only a learner , she should be a researcher.” In her report, she also highlighted the teachers’ research on educational stories. The story of the teacher’s life is Subject of study. It is real and situational. These life stories are better than any preaching and have a strong appeal.

Of course, there are many things that happen in our educational practice, and not every thing has the value of a writing education story. Only after deep reflection on the educational practice activities, we find that it is particularly meaningful, powerful, and able to see others. Unexplained themes can be written into the value of educational stories.

In the course of the research, our teachers must “enter” the story as “inside” and “understand the inside” to explore the original “reality” of the teaching scene and show the original appearance of the story. At the same time, teachers must be able to "outside" as an outsider, jump out of the story, examine, interrogate and reflect on the story, and think about the true intentions, so as to constantly sort out their understanding and understanding of teaching, and construct a story. The meaning, excavating the practical wisdom, effectively promoted the organic combination of the renewal of teaching concepts and the accumulation of teaching experience.

Only by doing so can we face up to our own educational practice, recognize, think about and analyze the actual problems we encounter in education and teaching, form individual educational theories, enhance our practical wisdom, and enable researchers to constantly change their perspectives. Close to the truth of teaching, better promote the integration of existing experience and theoretical thinking and teaching practice, and promote the promotion of professional standards.

The ultimate goal of our teachers to write educational stories is of course not for writing, but for better practice. Teachers are originally teaching practitioners, not professional theoretical researchers, focusing on practice, research and practice, can be more effectively solved. To solve practical problems in education, we must improve teaching quality and create quality education.
