Science and Innovation Management Advanced Seminar Study Summary

The first phase of the "Science and Innovation Management Advanced Training Course" of Chongqing Science and Technology Commission was held from October 27 to November 7, 2019 at Fudan University in Shanghai. More than 30 middle- and high-level cadres from the municipal science and technology commissions and the relevant research institutes attended the study . I and Liu Qi were fortunate enough to participate in this study . The relevant situation is summarized as follows:

On the afternoon of November 26, we took the 3u8973 to Shanghai Pudong Airport and stayed at the Hanting Hotel next to Fudan University at 7:30 pm. On the evening, Zhou Xu, director of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, hosted a banquet for all the students.

At 8:30 am on November 27, the opening ceremony was held in Room 212 of the American Studies Center of Fudan University. Wang Shoufu, Director of the Personnel Department of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, presided over the opening ceremony. President Xu Zhong of the School of Continuing Education of Fudan University gave a welcome speech. On behalf of the school, he expressed warm welcome to all the students to Fudan University and briefly introduced the history and development of Fudan University. . He said that patriotism, academic independence, arrogance, and the pursuit of excellence in Fudan's core philosophy, talent cultivation, knowledge innovation, and serving the society are the main functions of the school. This study is not only a platform for exchanges between students, but also a platform for exchanges between students and professors. Director Zhou Xu made a start-up mobilization. He explained the background, purpose and significance of this study and put forward some requirements for learning . This study is rich in content, with a high starting point and strong pertinence. The focus is on improving the abilities of management cadres and innovation. For example, Professor Ning Zhong of Fudan University lectured on “Innovative Thinking and Innovation Management” and reported on the relationship between innovative thinking and training, corporate innovation strategy management, innovation and different levels of corporate strategy. The "Analysis of Leadership Behavior of Management Cadres" by professional trainer Li Chengchen includes two aspects. One is to know oneself - how to become an effective manager. The second is to understand subordinates, team building and management, etc. The core is to improve the core management skills of middle-level cadres. The "interpersonal communication art" taught by Professor Zhang Xinzhong of Fudan University helps to improve the effectiveness and effectiveness of interpersonal communication. Professor Hu Jian, Associate Dean of the School of Journalism and Communication at Fudan University, gave a lecture on “Crisis Management and Press Release” to help cadres improve their understanding of the media and improve their ability to respond to emergencies.

This study also involves current hot issues in the social economy. For example, Professor Ge Zhengliang of East China Normal University, “The Current Situation and Development Prospects of China's Securities Market” revolves around the emerging world financial crisis, and reports on the causes of the world financial crisis, the status quo and development trends, and the significant impact on the Chinese economy. Finally, the countermeasure research is analyzed. Professor Cao Jinqing from East China University of Science and Technology gave a lecture on the issues and challenges of China's social transformation. It analyzed the policy design, causes and countermeasures of China's transition from traditional society to modern society, and interpreted the spirit of the communique of the Third Plenary Session of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

An important way to achieve the social goals of scientific development.

Under the organization of the class committee, all the students used the weekend to visit the Kunshan Economic Development Zone. Visited Kunshan Jingqun Welding Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and Kunshan Software Park. On the way back, I tasted the famous Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs and visited the local attractions - Zhouzhuang.

Through this study , not only has the knowledge of science and technology innovation and technology management been grown, it has broadened its horizons and improved its own quality. At the same time, it has strengthened communication with the leaders of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission and peers in the city, so it is a very important study .

Suggestions:

1. Pay full attention to the study of the impact of the world financial crisis on China's economy, especially the real economy, in order to formulate reasonable countermeasures and reduce its adverse impact on the development of our technology and industry.

2. The whole city, and even the whole country, have started to learn to emancipate the mind and accelerate development. We should vigorously carry out relevant learning at least within the scope of cadres. In addition, excessive innovation and blind innovation should be avoided in the development of innovation.

3. It is an important guarantee for us to achieve leap-forward development by establishing a mechanism to protect the labor results of technicians and fully mobilize their enthusiasm.

4. In the current very complex social and economic environment, we should establish correct values ​​and outlook on life.

5. The Municipal Science and Technology Commission has intensified the training of cadres, which can create learning opportunities for more cadres. At the same time, it should increase the intensity of independent training and comprehensively improve the cadres and staff of our institute.
