I am honored to participate in the training of the Chinese small "famous teacher" training class in the XX area in XX. I am very grateful to the District Education Bureau for setting up such a good learning platform for us, so that I can have such a precious opportunity to upgrade myself from all aspects. In general, this training is rich in content and diverse in form, with special reports from educational experts, observation classes conducted by students around the topic, and interactive discussions among students. Through this round of training, there are both conceptual baptisms and theoretical improvements, both knowledge accumulation and the growth of teaching skills. Here are some of my experiences in training:
I. Optimistic treatment of education The teacher training in the first half of this year is really rich in content and diverse in form. The expert's education and teaching philosophy, personality charm and academic spirit are deeply imprinted in my heart. In particular, Professor xx's special lecture on "Looking for the Professional Happiness of Teachers" is really a heartfelt feeling, which has benefited me a lot, and I know how to experience happiness from my normal work. Our teachers are faced with pressure from themselves, schools, families, parents, etc. In the face of such great pressure, we must first learn to love ourselves and learn to adjust our mentality. Because a person's psychological factors not only affect people's health and longevity, but also affect people's success or failure. As a teacher, I must learn to debug my own psychology. At the same time, I must learn to communicate with students and actively face students with a sunny attitude. Only then can I have a good teaching effect.
Second, adhere to reading and enrich your own content.
Anyone who wants to develop is inseparable from books, and the boundary of reading is the boundary of life. Books allow us to engage in spiritual dialogue with sages across time and space. The teacher who gave us training almost talked about this issue. As a teacher, we not only have to read books on education and teaching, but also to read a lot of books. Do not study, how to teach more deeply, how to dialogue with students and text in the classroom? How to master the skills of education and teaching with the times? In the training, I feel deeply about my gaps and deficiencies. As a teacher, you must constantly "charge" yourself. I deeply feel that I can only enrich myself and read a lot of books. I can only do a good job when I teach, instead of following the book, I am uninteresting. Teaching requires teachers to continually reorganize rather than copy. In particular, the new concept of new textbooks now provides a broader stage for our teachers. At the same time, it also puts higher demands on each of our teachers. We need more innovative ideas and ideas. Therefore, we must persist in reading in the future to enrich our own content and let ourselves achieve better development.
Third, to be innovative, research-oriented teachers Through this training, I was able to reflect on myself and find the distance between myself and the "famous teacher." I often think about it: What can I do in a specific education and teaching to be a good teacher? How to become a good guide for students? Usually we are tired of coping with daily teaching. Many problems are not seriously explored and thought. I feel that I still have a lot of deficiencies:
1. Teaching - research separation. "Teachers grow up in action research." If you want to become a backbone teacher of education and research expertise, you will not be able to teach. To develop towards education, this requires that the adjustment mechanism must be placed on the control and execution of educational activities on the basis of certain behavioral norms. In the usual teaching activities, we must make more innovative attempts, and we must study the teaching theory of education to accumulate, precipitate and absorb experience. Through this training, I realized that a teacher must not only have certain teaching experience, but also should gradually change from experience type to research type. Education and scientific research is an important way for teacher professional development and an important trend of education development.
2. Lack of passion and innovation.
Through this training, I listened to the wonderful lectures of the experts and communicated with the students. I was more aware of my poverty. I felt that I was too comfortable with the status quo, self-sufficiency and self-sufficiency, and a sense of urgency and crisis; It is easy to be bound by the common sayings at work, with a lot of inertia and less energy; there are more talents in the classroom and less opportunities for students to participate. Through training, I am soberly aware that passion and innovation are the necessary factors to make you go to a famous teacher.
The growth of teachers is inseparable from their own quality, the charm of personality, and the inseparable knowledge of Guangbo. It is inseparable from advanced modern education teaching theory and education and teaching technology. Through the study of my thinking has been greatly changed, education and teaching theory is more systematic.
