The XX year Longhua Hospital was renamed the Third People's Hospital. We seized this opportunity and took advantage of this opportunity to rely extensively on the employees to mobilize all positive factors. Everyone made up their minds, tried their methods, worked together, adjusted their organization, improved their service model, and improved their services. Through deepening reforms, strengthening management, establishing and improving various rules and regulations, and successfully fulfilling the XX-year health work goals, we have mainly focused on the following aspects:
First, the quality of medical services is the top priority. Through the establishment of the medical service quality management leading group, improve the medical service quality assurance system; strengthen the basic medical system management to prevent medical accidents; improve hospital infection control management to prevent cross-infection; strengthen medical drug management, consolidate and improve the safe pharmacy, select 16 medical staff went out to study and improve their business skills; carried out medical record writing and technical operation competitions to improve their practical work ability; strengthen the construction of traditional Chinese medicine, improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicines; strengthen the construction of medical ethics, and adhere to the dean's round-robin system; The quality of medical services in our hospital has been further improved.
The second is to adhere to the principle of prevention and establish a multi-level, wide-coverage and comprehensive preventive health care system centered on hospitals . In the hospital's organizational structure, strengthen the medical services, there are special personnel responsible for infectious disease management, intestinal disease management, tuberculosis management, biological products management, to ensure that all measures are implemented. In May of this year, our hospital invested more than 40,000 yuan to establish a well-equipped and fully functional project demonstration clinic, and successfully passed the acceptance of the Chongqing Municipal Health Bureau and the Center for Disease Control.
The third is to grasp the implementation of the two principles of one law and implement system management. The maternal system management rate is over 85%, the new method has a birth rate of 100%; the children's system management coverage rate is 100%, and the management rate is 85%; continue to implement “reducing maternal mortality and eliminating neonatal tetanus”; continue to strengthen the construction of baby-friendly hospitals Through the review of the superior examination, the license for maternal and child health care technical services will be obtained.
The fourth is to establish a community service network and strengthen community health services. Community-based, family-oriented, providing comprehensive health care services for residents is one of the main tasks of our hospital; through the formulation of plans, pilots are carried out in five neighborhood committees; take out, please come in, etc., training all Physicians and nurses; invested more than 90,000 yuan to establish the Longhua Community Health Service Center, and passed the assessment and acceptance of the Chongqing Municipal Health Bureau.
The fifth is to strengthen financial management and enhance self-development capabilities. Our institute is an independent accounting and self-financing institution. It is guided by hard work, diligent construction, open source and expenditure reduction, income increase and savings; adhere to the two lines of revenue and expenditure, strengthen financial accounting and financial supervision, and eliminate corruption and waste; Expenditure, do collective research, democratic decision-making, fully consider the effectiveness; adhere to the use of pharmaceutical bills according to regulations, medical projects, drug prices publicity on the wall; fixed assets registration and book, so that accounts, books, and objects match. In the year of XX, there were 64,000 outpatient visits, 633 hospitalizations and 365 person-times. The total income was 2,288.715 million yuan, including medical income of 1,127,876 yuan and medicines of 978,761,100 yuan. The number of visits and business income increased compared with the previous year. On this basis, our hospitals participate in pension insurance, medical insurance and medical liability insurance for employees, on the other hand, strengthen the infrastructure construction of our hospital, for example, the hospital environment. The improvement, the construction of the network, the addition of equipment such as b supercomputer, electronic colposcopy, prostate treatment instrument, painless delivery instrument, etc., thus increasing the investment in facilities and equipment of the whole hospital, but this year our hospital has realized a turnaround It also laid a material foundation and logistical support for the future development and operation of the hospital .
Sixth, we must adhere to the people-oriented principle and strengthen business management. In the past year, our school has adhered to the guidance of the important thinking of the "three represents," relying fully on the role of the fighting bastion of the party branch, the vanguard and exemplary role of the party members, and the intellectual ingenuity of the intellectuals, so that the material, political, and spiritual civilizations are built. New achievements have been made, including the development of one probationary party member and five party activists. In order to enrich the staff's spare time activities, our school held tug-of-war, billiards, karaoke and other activities in Yiyuan Mountain Villa on March 8th, May Day, and May 4th. We participated in the third "Geli Cup" billiards competition in Nanchuan City and won the women's competition. The fourth place in the group and the second place in the women's singles.
