I have been working in June for more than five months. If we want to be stronger and bigger in the shortest time, I think we must first improve the quality of service and satisfy every patient who is visiting, and use this to expand the visibility of our hospital. After I joined the work, I worked hard to improve my ideological quality and business ethics, correct my master's mentality, urgency, and think of the patients, and do my best to serve the patients; patiently treat each patient, no matter how tired Do not bother to explain and communicate well, and strive to implement the two good and one satisfactory work.

Second, earnestly and conscientiously do a good job in medical work and improve the level of professional skills. 1. Adhere to business learning and not relax. After I joined the work, I still insisted on learning every day, mastering a disease every day. At the same time, I did not forget to learn the new results of this professional research, constantly extract new nutrition, and exercise scientific research thinking. 2. Adhere to the principle of “excellence, meticulousness” and strict work process. In accordance with the medical operation routine, to avoid medical accidents and errors; continue to enrich their clinical experience in the work, always be modest and cautious, encounter problems that do not understand, dare to ask higher-level physicians, and strive to improve their comprehensive analysis and problem solving Ability; close observation of the condition, timely and accurate recording of the condition, proper treatment of the patient; as a new doctor, guard against arrogance, full of energy, continuous learning.

Third, strictly demand yourself, and actively contribute to the development of the hospital . As a member of the hospital , "the hospital is glory, the hospital is weak," and it is the responsibility of the loyalty to promote the hospital's greater development. On the basis of doing my job well, I will actively make suggestions for the development of the department, and I hope that the workload will be new to next year.

Summary In 2019, with the help of hospital leaders and colleagues, my work was completed satisfactorily, but I can't be slack, because future work will face even greater challenges and opportunities.
