3. Participate in the emergency and consultation work of various operations and stomatology in the dental ward

The dental ward currently has 26 beds. Our ward is divided into three groups, the tumor group, the trauma group and the salivary gland group. I participated in almost all the operations in the three groups. Serve as a help in the tumor group and two in the other two groups. Different styles of surgeons, high intensity and a large number of surgical opportunities have greatly improved my business ability and surgical skills. Under the training and care of the three professors in the ward, various routine small and medium-sized operations have been completed independently, and the operation is increasingly standardized and skilled. Emergency and consultation work is the main work of each hospitalization. It is the same as the hospitalization of the brother department. When I meet the emergency consultation, I always arrive in time, actively deal with the patients with the relevant department physicians, and participate in the first aid of critical patients. There are many busy nights, many patients turn to safety, there are many thrilling memories that can be recalled, many many of them are vivid, it is this hard work that has won honors for hospitalization and saved lives for the patients. At the same time, I went to the relevant department to consult and cooperate with you in general, which enabled me to expand my knowledge and broaden my horizons.

4. Teaching and teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery

Our department undertakes the teaching tasks of various professional courses in the Department of Stomatology and Stomatology. At the same time, there are many interns, rotation training doctors and new doctors in our department who need training. I participated in the clinical teaching and teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery, such as teaching oral and maxillofacial infections for the Department of Preventive Medicine, XX; explaining the medical records and medical core system for dental undergraduate interns at Jinan University; Physicians and nurses explain the routine and basic theoretical knowledge of oral and maxillofacial surgery; participate in the development of clinical curriculum plans for oral and maxillofacial surgery in the Department of Stomatology. In the undergraduate teaching of the Department of Stomatology in 2019, he served as the teaching secretary of oral and maxillofacial surgery. V. Quality control staff work

Since July 2019, I have been the third quality controller of the Department of Stomatology, participated in the pre-job training of quality control personnel, participated in various quality control personnel meetings of the Quality Management Department, and took up the cases and discharge cases of the oral and maxillofacial surgery ward. The one-year hospitalization work is over.
