I have always faced the work of the department with full enthusiasm and determination to overcome difficulties, even in the most difficult times, never gave up. Especially when I first arrived in a department, because there were many patients in the department, I was unfamiliar with the environment of the department. It needed a period of adaptation and adjustment. At this stage, I don’t know how to do this job better. I feel that I am free. There was no breakthrough between the rotation student and the nurse role. It’s just fine.” After listening to these words from Teacher Fan, I discovered that the teachers and doctors in the department are concerned about me. Since that time, I have tried to communicate with teachers and doctors. If you don’t understand or ask questions, they will answer me with patience and meticulousness. What do I have done wrong or bad? Teachers and doctors will also come up and let me stop making such mistakes next time and be able to do things better. Now I have more and more communication with the patients. The patients I manage are very recognized for my work, trust me, and give fruit from time to time. I refused in good faith.
