1. Actively participate in in-depth study and practice of the scientific development concept, and strive to improve the level of political theory

In accordance with the arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the arrangement of the school party committee, our school participated in the second batch of “in-depth study and practice of scientific development concept activities” conducted between March and August 2019, and I am also among them. At the same time, he also took the opportunity of the hospital's administrative ward rounds to assist the hospital party committee to conduct in-depth research on the basic situation of the West Hospital, analyze the outstanding problems in the current medical, administrative, and logistics work of the West Hospital, and propose solutions. In 2019, it was a very difficult year for the business development of the West Campus, and the problems faced were more prominent. The first is the allocation of existing resources. Its role has basically reached saturation and lacks new growth points. Secondly, the existing equipment and logistics facilities have been in operation for many years and have reached a period of frequent failures, often affecting normal business development; The discipline configuration is imperfect, the scale of medical housing cannot meet the needs of business development, and limits the growth of social and economic benefits. Finally, the medical market is highly competitive, and the West Campus is located in the urban-rural integration, away from the downtown area, at a disadvantage. . In this situation, in order to achieve good results, I have focused on the following tasks: First, fully mobilize and give full play to the enthusiasm of middle-level cadres. On the basis of the mobilization of the middle-level cadre assembly of the whole hospital, I specially organized the middle-level cadres of the Western Academy to carefully analyze the situation according to their own situation, analyze the actual situation of each department one by one, formulate reasonable work objectives and implement measures, and give everyone a encouragement. Dig potential, unite people, ensure business development can achieve new results; Second, strengthen external publicity work. Through organizing relevant departments to the community to conduct free clinics, "party organizations for the people to do practical things" and other activities, the hospital image of the publicity into which to improve the community's awareness and recognition of the West Hospital, and strive to attract patients to the clinic; third is to solve the problem in a timely manner The problems encountered in the process ensure that all work goes smoothly. In the first half of the year, the middle-level cadres of the whole hospital were greatly adjusted, and a number of administrative departments and clinical departments of the Western Academy were newly appointed. In response to their initial weaknesses, lack of experience, and unclear circumstances, I asked them to talk about them one by one, to help them familiarize themselves with the work, and to make suggestions so that they can quickly enter the role and play a role. Between November and December, due to the influence of “A stream”, the number of patients in the emergency department of the Western Hospital increased sharply. The number of emergency clinics increased from 200 to 300 person-times per day to 500-600 person-times/day, and reached 700 people at the highest level. On the day, the infusion volume was 300-400 person-times/day, which once exceeded the workload of the Eastern Hospital, and only half of the staff, which greatly exceeded the original design capacity of the emergency department of the West Hospital. With the strong support of the main leaders of the party and government in the hospital , we took decisive measures and quickly dispatched personnel from various departments to strengthen the emergency department of the Western Hospital, so that the problem can be solved in a timely and effective manner, and patients and employees are satisfied. The move also contributed to a record high in the number of emergency medical records in the West Hospital in 2019, surpassing 100,000 people for the first time, an increase of 24.6% over the previous year.

In short, through the joint efforts of the whole hospital, the West Hospital's annual business work has achieved good results. According to preliminary statistics, the number of years, emergency, outpatients, hospital admissions, operating schedules and other medical indicators have increased significantly compared with the previous year. There have been no medical accidents and major medical disputes throughout the year, and medical quality has been guaranteed. The income exceeded 180 million yuan, an increase of 18.8% over the previous year. In addition, during the year, the Health Department of the Autonomous Region successfully passed the evaluation of the “Baby-friendly Hospital” organized by the West Hospital; the work of the Community Health Service Center of the Nanning High-tech Industrial Park undertaken by the West Campus was successfully completed, waiting for the relevant government departments to approve the charging system. Opening, receiving medical insurance for urban residents and public health services; relying on the Li Ka Shing Foundation Ning Yang Hospital in the Western Academy, the tasks of 2019 were successfully completed, and the quality assessment conducted by the relevant German institutions was entrusted by the National Ningyang Work Office during the year. Satisfactory results. The cultural construction of the West Hospital has achieved remarkable results, and won the first prize in the second prize of the National Day Celebration Song Contest.

3. Actively participate in teaching, research and academic activities

In 2019, I actively participated in the teaching work, continued to undertake the task of teaching undergraduate students, and trained 9 master students; I took 2 provincial scientific research projects and wrote 1 Chinese and English papers, all of which have been submitted to relevant academic journals. Published; hosted or lectured 13 district-wide and city-wide endocrine academic conferences throughout the year, and made some contributions to expanding the academic influence of our hospital in the field of endocrinology.

Fourth, clean and honest, clean and honest

Seriously study the Central and Autonomous Regions' Work Plan for Establishing and Perfecting the System of Punishing and Preventing Corruption from 2010 to 2019, and consciously building an ideological and moral Great Wall that resists corruption and prevention, and achieves clean and honest administration. We will practice medicine in a clean and honest manner, do not accept bribes, do not use power for personal gains, and do our best to cleanse ourselves. V. Outlook 2019

The work in 2019 has achieved certain results, but there are still many problems to be solved. For example, the image of the hospital is still insufficient, and the internal incentives need to be improved. In 2019, there will be more difficulties and challenges. However, with the correct leadership of the school party committee and the strong support of the hospital party, the political team and all the staff, I am confident that I will work hard to do all the work, promote the further development of the Western Academy, and strive for business income. On the basis of 2019, it will increase by about 12% and break through the 200 million mark.

The development of the West Hospital is currently at a critical stage of climbing, pushing it forward and moving back. Therefore, I once again appeal to this opportunity. Leaders at all levels should pay attention to and attach importance to the construction and development of the West Campus, enlarge and strengthen the teaching base of our school, and enhance the competitiveness in the medical market. The current new medical reform is underway, and the national medical resources are being reshuffled and redistributed. This is a good time to develop the Western Academy.
