I conducted a one-month refresher study at the xx Central Hospital in June this year. I am very grateful to the hospital leaders and the nursing department for giving me this opportunity to learn. The grading of nurses has improved the enthusiasm of everyone's work, and urged us to take the initiative to learn, have more knowledge accumulation and information reserves, and better serve patients.

Third, specialist care. The departments I have studied are orthopedics. They pay great attention to the development of specialties.
