I. Economic aspects: The pharmaceutical economy is an important part of drug management. Over the years, the pharmacy has made outstanding achievements in drug economic management. The compliance rate of accounts has exceeded 99.9%, and the rate of loss has been continuously reduced. The price of more than a dozen commonly used drugs has been lowered throughout the year. Affected by the big environment, pharmaceutical sales have declined compared with the same period last year, but revenue still accounts for 65% of the total hospital revenue. 2. Quality: The quality of medicines is more important than Taishan. It is the key to the rise and fall of every medical institution. It is also the most concerned issue for patients. We always put the quality of medicines first, and grasp the purchase of medicines. While the supply is safe and stable, we also attach importance to all aspects of the use of drugs, ensuring that patients are safe and effective. III. Service: The quality of service has been continuously improved and won the trust and satisfaction of patients. During the service process, we were snowing in the winter, and we were facing the hot sun in the summer. It was raining in June. 4. Learning: Analyze the main gaps of existing staff in the work, then set a targeted learning plan, set the learning content reasonably, arrange a fixed time combined with temporary learning, and do not take more rest time to improve learning. We also attach great importance to quality education, develop high-quality, handle business to achieve multi-faceted, and enrich the knowledge that each position should have when dealing with business. V. Other aspects: With the promulgation of national drug administration regulations, in order to meet the requirements of pharmacy management work, on the basis of conscientiously summarizing management experience, combined with relevant regulations and hospital evaluation standards, the various rules and regulations within the department were supplemented.
