In summer, the weather is hot, but the patient is afraid of cold because of the skin barrier damage and heat dissipation. When changing the medicine, I dare not turn on the air conditioner. Our doctors change the medicine in the boring and hot ward, often tired and sweaty. Even the work clothes were soaked, but there was no complaint. The patients and their families repeatedly praised the doctors for their serious and careful work, depending on the patients such as relatives. On May 12th, our department admitted a patient with 100% burns and more than 90% of injuries to Chen Xx. The condition was particularly critical. At that time, only 6 people in the nursing group went to work. They were responsible for the treatment and nursing of more than 20 ordinary patients. They also had special care. With the continuous deepening of medical model and medical system reform, the new concept of nursing has been transformed into “people-oriented, patient-centered”. Our department nurses keep up with the pace of the times. Every time a large-area burn patient changes dress, three or four doctors will spend a few hours busy, and no matter who is in charge of the patient, everyone can take the initiative to fight and work together to complete the task. In addition to monthly business studies, the general nurses continue to strengthen the "three basics" learning, strengthen various skills training, and achieve everyone's compliance, one by one. In June, the Ministry of Nursing organized a cardiopulmonary resuscitation operation assessment. The average score of our department was 93.3 points. Two nurses participated in the national nurse practice exam and all passed. Participated in the intermediate title examination, and all the cadres passed.
