Under the leadership of the municipal and district governments, we actively promote the activities of “building, creating, and doing”. Our store was established in XX. There are 12 employees, including 4 pharmacists, 5 college graduates and 5 members. The store manager and quality staff have won the advanced title of the group. Has been awarded the title of civilized unit for many years. On this basis, we have done a lot of specific work through years of creation efforts and achieved certain results. The relevant work is now reported as follows:

First, in the "Building, Innovating, Doing" activities, we will hold high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory, fully implement the party's principles and policies, and earnestly practice the important thinking of "xxxx". The team members have been fully understood and recognized in the ideological creation of the civilized team, and consciously invested in the activities. Therefore, the team will form a team spirit that is innovative, positive, and advancing with the times. In the activities of “telling civilization and counting new styles”, members of the team wear jobs, work well, behave decently, use civilized language, take the initiative to welcome customers, answer questions, truthfully introduce goods, do not persuade and seduce goods. Do "question, sell drugs", guide customers to use drugs correctly, do a good job in pharmacy services, medication guidance and safe medication. Create a good professional image among customers, and form a professional spirit of the team that reflects the characteristics of the times. While actively preparing for their own work, the team members also actively participated in various charitable activities in the society. Our team is already the fifth year of the agreement to sign the "Building Spiritual Civilization" with the Party Branch of Xinyuanli. With enthusiasm, honesty, fairness and dedication, we are dedicated to solving the spirit of solving problems for nearby residents. In the past five years, our employees have donated clothes and materials for the people in the disaster area many times, and donated money for social welfare activities to warm people's hearts with love. This year, our staff donated a total of 1,000 yuan to the society, and donated 600 yuan to the widowed elderly every year, which fully reflected the employees' spiritual civilization. This year's Respect for the Elderly, my store and the neighborhood committee jointly held an old-age activities to measure blood sugar and blood pressure for the elderly over 70 years old free of charge. It fully embodies the belief of employees in spiritual civilization.

In the activities of “creating a learning-type team and arguing for a knowledge-based team”, the team regularly conducts ideological and political study on the team members every month; in combination with the Dongwang market, the training of ginseng products is carried out, and the team hires brothers. The competent pharmacist explained the identification and function of wild ginseng, Cordyceps sinensis and velvet antler for the team members. The team also uses the existing resources, and the licensed pharmacists in the store regularly explain the expertise of commonly used drugs to the team members on a monthly basis. Realize the sharing of knowledge and skills, and be able to work as a teacher, help each other, and improve together. Through continuous efforts to learn professional knowledge, fully tap the potential of employees, give full play to the resource advantages of employees, reflect the people-oriented thinking, comprehensively improve the overall quality of all employees, and strive to serve the consumers. At the same time, the young employees of the team are not satisfied with the existing knowledge, and actively participate in the study of amateur universities and staff colleges in order to improve their own quality. Through the combination of learning and practical work, young employees can be grown into professionals who can stand alone.

4. Under the creation activities, special attention is paid to the management standard and basic management of the team with a high level of management. The team leader insisted on and perfected the openness of the class, and the work was fair and equitable. The team leader in life, work and study can care for each other, making the team members unite and cooperate with each other, and the interpersonal relationship is harmonious and stable. Formally in the unity and harmonious atmosphere of the team, the team's cohesiveness and combat effectiveness have been significantly strengthened.

In the actual work, the team members often take the initiative to communicate with the brothers, and extract their strengths for the actual work of the pharmacy.
