Last July, I came to the xxxx hospital and were assigned to work in the laboratory according to my major. During the service, I always keep in mind the volunteer oath: do everything I can, do not remember the reward, help others, and serve the society. First, strengthen learning, meet difficulties, and combine theory with practice.

Most of the projects in the laboratory are original manual operations. Many methods and operations are just a lecture to the teacher who said how to do it. In the internship, each project is based on instrument operation, and there are few manual operations. In order to adapt to the work as soon as possible, I read a lot of materials and books, find the manual operation methods of each project, and practice repeatedly, proficient in various manual operations in the shortest time. At the same time, in the case of existing instruments and equipment, the working method is improved, the cumbersome operation is simplified, and the work efficiency is greatly improved.

Second, conscientious and meticulous, strive for excellence, and constantly improve the level of volunteer service.

In order to avoid mistakes caused by mistakes and misreading of specimens, I strictly enforce the "three checks and three pairs" system for inpatients to check specimens, thus eliminating the possibility of such accidents. The cost of manual operation is low, but it is time-consuming, laborious, and has large errors. In order to reduce the error and make the report results true and effective, I will do two average reports for most projects. Take the blood routine, the manual method is to count the cells with a microscope, and it takes half an hour to do it once. I will do two average reports, so it takes an hour to do a blood routine. Look at the microscope for a long time, and then look at other things and feel that there is a white flower in front of you. Regular maintenance, maintenance and cleaning of the instrument to extend the service life.

Third, establish and improve the laboratory rules and regulations, and standardize the behavior of experimental personnel.

Before I came, the laboratory did not have a full-time inspector, but was done part-time by a pharmacist after training. Therefore, the rules and regulations in the laboratory were not perfect, and some did not. In order to standardize the laboratory, I established and improved the laboratory rules and regulations and the code of conduct for experimental personnel, clarified the responsibilities and obligations of the experimental personnel, and standardized the reporting methods. And strictly require themselves to act in accordance with the rules, so that the laboratory gradually entered the standardization.

4. In addition to work, actively participate in various voluntary activities.

In October last year, we voluntarily organized to visit and sympathize with the five-guarantee elderly in xxx Wubao Village, and bring joy and laughter to the old people; together with the volunteers who teach the education, visit the poor students, collect information and provide help; and the colleagues in the epidemic prevention In the village, the vaccine was administered and sugar pills were distributed, and the knowledge of health, epidemic prevention and health care was publicized to thousands of households. After the Wenchuan earthquake, the county Red Cross Society was assisted to raise funds for the society, support the disaster areas, and offer love.

The life of volunteers in a year is fleeting. They have fulfilled their duties in the hard work of the grassroots level, have been honed and experienced, and have comprehensively improved their overall quality. There have been losses in this year, there are laughter, dedication, and reward. With my own bit by bit, I have the most memorable and deepest time in my life. I believe this will be the most precious spiritual wealth in my future life. I believe that after this beautiful year, I will fly higher.
