There are 13 beds in the ccu room of Chaoyang Hospital, 24 nurses and 2 nurses. The ratio of bed to nurse is as high as 1:1.8. First of all, it lays a good foundation for staffing. In the work, everyone will abide by various rules and regulations to complete their own work.
For the management of staff and wards, the requirements are stricter. All kinds of vacations must be based on the patient's condition in the case of scheduling permission. All work is the most important. They are one-week shift system, divided into 4 groups, divided into 5 groups. Each group is assigned a patient by each group leader. After that, they complete their nursing work. The head nurse conducts quality inspections from time to time, basic operations must be performed every month, and the use of various instruments. If you have new instruments and equipment to study in general, you must learn to operate and use in the shortest possible time. Ccu's nursing staff requires extensive medical and nursing basic knowledge and skilled clinical rescue and nursing techniques, and has basic knowledge of electrocardiogram, and is proficient in the performance and use of various monitoring instruments. As long as the patients who enter ccu are given special care, a 24-hour comprehensive care system is in place to closely observe the condition, ccu patients are not allowed to get out of bed, all activities are in bed, it is difficult to keep the bed unit clean, but in Chaoyang Hospital ccu can not see the stains on the sheets, it can definitely be replaced at any time, the basic care is in place.
In the day and night of cuu, a care worker is assigned to complete the life care, which can reduce the workload of the nurses and have more time to communicate with the patients. Their mission is interspersed in the operation process, there is no special mission class, because the rest of the time after the completion of the treatment, the nurse is in the ward, then the nurse can communicate with the patient and complete the mission work, the effect is also very good of. In the aspect of nursing records, the requirements are recorded, and detailed records should be recorded if there is a change in the condition. Ccu has a special visitation system, and the visit time control is very strict, which is beneficial to the patient's rest and does not affect the work of doctors and nurses.
Chaoyang Hospital is a large hospital in Beijing. They are under intense pressure to work, so the atmosphere of learning is very strong. The lectures in the whole hospital are almost every week. Ccu is no exception. They go from head nurse to young nurse. 2. Develop relevant nursing practices and ccu systems.
