In terms of market supervision, this year we focused on the following tasks:

First, strengthen the daily market supervision and inspection of the drug-related units at the county and township levels, expand the supervision coverage, and reduce blind spots and blind spots. Since the beginning of this year, 334 law enforcement personnel have been dispatched, and one pharmaceutical production enterprise, 50 pharmaceutical business enterprises and 127 drug use units have been supervised. 1. Special inspection of advertising drugs. Our branch office responded to the public's strong and controversial advertising drugs. 3. Carry out special inspections on disposable medical devices. A total of 145 medical institutions were inspected, including 15 medical institutions above the township level and 130 village health centers. In the inspection, there were 87 insufficiency of supply qualification files, 8 orthopedic implantable devices were incomplete, and the use of sterile medical devices was not timely. The drug law enforcement personnel conducted standard guidance.

4. Special inspection of “Rheuma Horse Money Tablet” drugs. According to the archives of the Municipal Bureau, my branch office has investigated 10 units of Lingshi suspected of purchasing “rheumao money tablets” drugs from illegal channels, and investigated and handled 7 drug business units with business operations. A total of 7 cases were investigated and handled, involving a total amount of 0.6 million yuan and a fine of 13,000 yuan.

5. Special inspection of vaccines. According to the archives of the Municipal Bureau and the actual situation of our county, the law enforcement officers of the branch conducted a check on the county disease prevention and control center, the county preventive health center, the community service center and 12 township health centers. During the inspection, all the units purchased the vaccines. The city's epidemic prevention station is purchased, and the transportation process can be transported in a cold chain, which basically guarantees the quality of the vaccine.
