Summary of personal training for respiratory doctors

I am very grateful to the hospital leaders for letting me go to the xx Central Hospital for further study. I know that this is the concern and trust of the leaders and I have placed my earnest expectations. This training is my hard-won learning opportunity and a challenge to myself. During the training, I took a clear learning goal, always remembering the leadership of me, and learned advanced clinical concepts and techniques. Through four months of study and study, I have broadened my horizons, expanded my thinking, and improved my business skills. Summarizing these four months of study, xx City Center Hospital left a deep impression on me. The work here is fast and orderly, with clear staff responsibilities and a strong learning atmosphere.
Through systematic study in respiratory medicine and cardiovascular medicine, we have further understanding the basic knowledge of respiratory system and cardiovascular system, the latest diagnosis and treatment technology, and have comprehensively mastered the diagnosis of common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases in respiratory department, cardiovascular department and related departments. Treatment, familiar with the routine operation of the respiratory department such as pleural cavity closed drainage, pleural biopsy, ultrasound, ct guided percutaneous lung wear, basic understanding of bronchoscopy, thoracoscopy and other operational essentials.
Their department heads round up 1-2 times a week. When I was inspecting the house, I felt that the atmosphere was harmonious. I wanted to seek truth from facts and attach importance to evidence-based medical evidence. Many principled issues have reached consensus, but differences that do not violate the principle are allowed. The central hospital has always emphasized comprehensive treatment. When ward rounds, the medical history is first reported by the first-line or advanced doctors; the higher-level doctors carefully read the films to analyze possible diagnoses, further examinations and treatment plans. This systematically allows the patient to receive reasonable treatment while the young doctor knows a lot about it. Reasonable comprehensive treatment is one of the important factors in the high level of diagnosis and treatment of xx city center hospitals.
In order to develop the department, we must pay attention to re-education, re-learning and the cultivation of reserve talents. One theoretical study and new progress in treatment per week; one academic discussion per week; long-term high-intensity, conscious learning and communication are also important factors for their long-lasting success.
The collaboration of personnel from all disciplines is a guarantee for improving the level of diagnosis and treatment. Each department has technical expertise, and each doctor has technical expertise to ensure the level of diagnosis and treatment of the department. It is not enough to have a good clinician. It is necessary to have advanced equipment and comprehensive auxiliary examinations in order to design an ideal treatment plan. At the same time, collaboration between hospital departments is also very important, such as surgery, pathology, and diagnostics. I am deeply impressed by the advanced equipment and technology. There are many problems that plague us in our grassroots hospitals. I feel that relying on the current technology and equipment of our hospital, as long as the standardized and reasonable use of conventional technology and the development of new business and new technologies can make the majority of patients obtain satisfactory results.
When working in the department, they can feel that their self-protection awareness is very strong, and all the questions raised by the patients can be reasonably explained and clearly informed the development of the disease and prognosis. During my time at the Central Hospital, I was greatly broadened my horizons, especially their strong learning atmosphere and spirit of exploration, which constantly inspired me to master new theoretical knowledge and technology as soon as possible.
The four-month training period is short-lived, and the study life is full and enjoyable. Although the study life is coming to an end, learning is endless, and there is a lot of knowledge that I need to study and study seriously in my future work. In the days of study, the learning process is accompanied by many new experiences and gains, which adds a wealth of content to my life here. I look back at this time and examine my own changes. My expertise has been consolidated and grown, and many advanced techniques and methods have been learned; but for me, the most important gain is the change in concept. I am happy now for my own efforts and gains. I am determined to bring the knowledge and ideas I have learned back to my own jobs, and to influence my colleagues in the work, so that the work of our department will be upgraded to a new level.
