In order to further improve the external propaganda work of our town, give full play to the public opinion orientation and spiritual encouragement role of propaganda work, expand the educational influence, enhance the educational image, and promote the healthy and harmonious development of education, formulate these measures.

Article 1: Range of rewards

Cadres, teachers, and employees, who publish press and propaganda articles and manuscripts in the formal media, have the right to enjoy rewards.

Article 2: Award criteria

1. Information promotion

The education information of the County Education Bureau was published, and each award was 0.6.

2. External declaration

1. In the a file: People's Daily, Guangming Daily, and CCTV publish news, each award is 1 point.

b file: Volkswagen Daily, Qilu Evening News, Shandong TV, Qilu TV, China Education News, People's Education Press, each award 0.8 points.

c file: Rizhao Daily, Qilu Evening News, Rizhao TV, Shandong Education News, Shandong Education Press, each award 0.6 points.

d file: Today Wulian, Wulian TV station published news, each award 0.4 points.

e file: other types of official media published news, each award 0.2.

The offices will submit information on the media adoption and manuscript to the office before the 2nd of each month, and the original manuscript and manuscript will be attached.

Article 3: Related matters

1. Each village must report one piece of educational information and news to the information officer every week, and at least three articles per semester. Part-time informants report at least 2 pieces of information and news every week, and at least 2 pieces of educational information and news media each month.

2. The information or news articles sent by the village tabloids must conform to the relevant provisions of the news and propaganda, and seek truth from facts. The information and manuscripts reported by the school are checked by the head of the department or the in charge of the department to ensure timely delivery of information.

3. The manuscripts co-authored by two or more individuals are rewarded by one article.

4. If the same manuscript is used repeatedly, it can be counted.

The term "educational news manuscript" as mentioned in these Measures refers to news articles such as news and communication that promote the education and teaching work of the school. Non-news styles such as essays, prose, poems, reviews, novels, and essays are not included here.
