In general, girls like to be in the Skincare Team. After all, this is the area we usually care about most. But for me, Skincare is a blank piece of paper. Before the internship, my approach to Skincare was almost zero. This undoubtedly increases the difficulty of my project. But there is no difficulty in the world, as long as you are willing to climb. I almost ran all over the big and small shopping malls in Guangzhou. I have been to more places than I have been in Guangzhou this year. All the places where skincare is sold are my goals. In order to understand skincare, I put the style version on bbs in my personal collection. I went to various forums to see information about skincare products. In just two weeks, I knew nothing about skincare and the products and brands of skincare. And when the two-month intern period ended, I found that I knew skincare more than I started. I can easily find the error in the summary that I thought was very satisfactory a month ago. A deeper understanding of skincare products. Not only do you understand skincare from the product itself, but more, I learned how to get the answers we want from consumers, how to find out the problems by analyzing the consumer's answers, and how to learn from massive data. After more than a month of research on qualitative and quantitative aspects of the project, the general intern will have a presentation of about 20 minutes. The manager's daily work is quite busy, and they will take the time to seriously study an intern's internship report. It can be seen that P&G's emphasis on intern is the same in P&G, intern and formal employees. Due to the particularity of my project, my manager gave me an hour of presentation. This is a bigger challenge for me. My English is not good at speaking, and time is very tight. Before the formal presentation, I have little time to practice.
