After taking a seat, try not to have small movements such as shaking your legs, playing with pens, touching your head, and sticking your tongue. This is easy for the examiner to be immature and not serious. Third, civilian positions require strong language skills. Pay special attention to the content, tone, and sincerity of the interview. When you speak up and down, your words are unclear, and you will feel that you can't take on the big responsibility. Although the words are beautiful, but the lack of sincerity and lack of sincerity will also create distrust. In general, the focus of the examiner's assessment is not whether the candidate's answer is correct or not, but whether the argument is convincing. Therefore, when answering a question, do not make a simple affirmation or negation, dialectical analysis, answer from both sides, and at the same time be logically rigorous and clear-cut.
