I feel that this is not desirable, because I have learned about GE's culture beforehand, and teamwork is one of GE's highly respected spirits. After crying a little, I realized that I still very much hope to enter GE Intern. So I called HR, at least I have to know the reason. HR is very polite: maybe the department would like to have a boy. If there are other opportunities, we will let you know. I thought that HR was just a comfort. Who knows the next day, I really called. Said the R&D center has an opportunity for an assistant engineer. From the bottom of disappointment, I returned to the top of hope. The two days of ups and downs are really a bit unbearable. Fortunately, the fourth round of interviews hosted by my direct supervisor went smoothly. In fact, all interviews still need to be prepared. For example, many interviewers will ask questions about your resume. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare some explanations for each resume in both Chinese and English. When interviewing with big companies, especially when you are interviewing directly with your boss, whether you have a relationship or not directly determines whether you have a chance. Therefore, trying to find common interests with the interviewer is also one of the ways to improve the success rate of job hunting. During the internship, I found the favorite position. After the expiration of the three-month internship contract, I renewed the 8-month internship contract. Through this internship during this time, I began to clear my career goals in the future: I want to enter GE. Through the internal recruitment system, I found that GE is recruiting IMLP. I decided to send my resume, and I also told my thoughts directly to the head of the department. Fortunately, the head was very supportive of my thoughts and enthusiastically helped me write a letter of recommendation. A month after I posted my resume, I received an interview notice. Because of my first experience, I easily passed the group and entered the second round of "two-to-one" interview. One of the interviewers is from India and is our Chief Information Officer. The most impressive question is: Have you ever experienced a failure? Why did it fail? What have you learned from failure? Are you willing to continue working with those who have failed to cooperate? I answered this last question: "I am willing to continue to cooperate with them because there have been experiences and lessons of failure, and cooperation is more likely to succeed." I sent E-mail to HR, one by one, and constantly implemented "harassment." Finally HR gave me another chance. However, I was rejected again, and this time I lost to a master who came back from the United States. Although I lost my heart, I was really reluctant to fail. When I was recommended for the third time, when I went through three interviews for this opportunity, I finally got this opportunity. I am often asked if you can enter GE? I think there are some special things that I have. I have always been a student cadre. I usually exercise my leadership skills in my normal student life. When I interview, I try to follow the interviewer’s thoughts and look for the same interests.
