I still remember when I said, "I feel that I am most proud of having won the 4th place in the province's swimming competition. I feel that I am frustrated that I feel too young, have insufficient experience, and want to continue learning." I feel okay for my performance, although my answer is straightforward and simple, but very sincere. The next test is to do group games, each group of 3 people, playing 2 customers and a SALES, SALES is responsible for selling their products to customers. I am playing SALES. I still don't feel very satisfied with this role, because I can't think of a lot of modified language to describe my product, just keep giving demos to customers, explain and explain, and do very seriously. After two interviews a week, I received a call for the second interview, and three people were eliminated from the last interview. After the interview, I was surprised. Because the process was very simple, it was interviewed by the manager of the channel management department. I talked about the salary problem and asked a lot of questions about the actual operation. After one and a half months, I received a phone call, the third interview, interviewed by the Chinese district manager. The final interview was conducted in an easy conversation. The Chinese manager asked some of the more ambitious questions, such as how to look at the IT industry, what they would bring to IBM if they worked at IBM, and so on. For the more difficult problems, I am actually prepared. I have read a lot of IBM information before this interview. So I was accepted! To be honest, I was a little bit convinced at the moment I was notified. Three interviews, I feel that I am more ordinary, and there is no special performance, but IBM finally chose me. Later, I once chatted with the Chinese district manager. I asked why I chose me. He replied: "I feel that you are doing things step by step, people are honest and honest, and they are very humorous when talking." I feel my interview story.
