Job search experience: written in the days after being refused by P&G

In the face of P&G recruitment sales, from online evaluation, to written test, to interview, nearly a month, always full of confidence. I was prepared before the interview. I was calm and comfortable when I was interviewing. From the eyes of the examiner, I felt that I had grasped the situation. I have experienced a lot of interviews before, and there are successes and failures, but almost no feeling of misplacement, P&G gave me an exception. Failure will not make me lose my confidence, but the reason for not finding the failure makes me feel that I have not found anything from the failure, and some regret. I hope everyone can help me share my heart journey. After working for 3 years, I feel that I am gradually losing the brilliance in school, and people have become much more realistic. In the face of the next career, I really want to make a breakthrough and have a new start. Interpretation of doubts First of all, your views and confidence are very subjective. From the lack of your own sales experience to the upper level of turmoil. Whether it is not necessarily due to lack of your own ability, you must objectively evaluate your ability. Second, you said that from the written test to the interview, this represents your certain strength, but your judgment on the situation is always subjective. If you want to listen to P&G's explanation, it must be "you are not suitable for our culture" "you are very capable, but at this stage you can't co-produce with P&G" and so on. In fact, there is only one reason for your failure: in P&G's view, you can't create the benefits they need for them. It's as simple as this. I'm sorry we stripped the naked reality for you. The result: you are not hired, it is likely that not only P&G rejects you, but we even suspect that the sales area is rejecting you. You think that you are suitable for sales, but whether your past work experience has accumulated enough competitiveness, such as professional skills, experience, industry and product familiarity. The most important thing is that whether you are suitable for working in the sales field is still a question mark. HR's recruitment work is extremely targeted, especially the HR of this well-known company. Your failure must have many fundamental factors. What really needs to be solved is to figure out whether he is suitable for this kind of work, what he wants in this job, whether he has enough competitiveness to bring performance to this work...
