1. Party A shall compensate Party B for each economic loss of 315,000 yuan on the date of signing this Agreement, and Party A shall transfer the money to Party B's designated account.

2. After signing this Agreement and fully performing it, Party B recognizes that Party A has compensated the victims for all economic losses. Party A and Party B have no other disputes. Party B guarantees that no rights should be claimed to Party A again in this traffic accident.

3. After receiving the above payment, Party B will issue a receipt for payment to Party A or its agent. For Party A’s injury caused by the accident, Party B agrees to issue a letter of understanding to Party A after receiving the above payment.

4. Liability for breach of contract: After the signing of this agreement, both parties must perform in accordance with the agreement. In case of default, the defaulting party must pay the breaching party a liquidated damages of 100,000 yuan.

5. This Agreement shall be in duplicate. Each Party A and Party B shall hold one copy and the People's Court shall file one copy with the same legal effect.
