The author and publisher of the above-mentioned manuscripts signed this contract on the date of the month, and the parties reached an agreement as follows:

Article 1 The exclusive copyright of this publication is granted to the publisher by the author during the period of validity specified in Article 17 of this contract. The publisher has the right to publish this manuscript in various versions during this period of validity, but does not transfer the copyright to a third party without the author's consent.

Article 2 This manuscript is an original manuscript created by the author himself. If the copyright infringement of others is found, such as plagiarism, the author bears full responsibility and appropriately compensates the publisher for the economic losses.

Article 3 During the period of validity of this contract, the author does not authorize the third party to publish the whole or part of the manuscript, or to modify the content slightly by the original name or the replacement name. If the author violates this regulation, he will properly compensate the publisher for economic losses. The publisher may revoke this contract.

Article 4 The publisher will pay the author's remuneration in accordance with the state's prescribed payment method. The basic manuscript is awarded for every thousand characters. After the manuscript is issued, the prepaid remuneration will be paid for the remuneration, and all the remuneration will be settled within 30 days after seeing the sample book.

Article 5 Publishers will publish versions in the quarter. In the case of special circumstances beyond the publisher's own control, the publication date should be postponed and the publisher should discuss the date of publication with the author. If the published manuscript due to the date of publication has not been published due to printing reasons, the publisher pays the basic manuscript, and all the remuneration is settled and paid off after the book is published.

Article 6 After the signing of this contract, the manuscript cannot be published due to the publisher's reasons, the publisher pays the original manuscript% to the author, and the manuscript is returned to the author; the manuscript cannot be published due to the objective situation change, and the publisher pays the author the basic manuscript remuneration% And return the manuscript to the author, but keep the copy. If the above manuscript is published later, the publisher may retain the exclusive copyright during the period of validity of the contract, and may also allow the third party to use the copyright.

Article 7 If a publisher processes a manuscript, if the title of the book is changed, the illustration, title, foreword or postscript is made or the content of the manuscript is substantially modified, the author's consent shall be obtained in advance and the signature shall be signed before the issue. The author shall be dated by both parties. Return the original.

Article 8 In the proof of this manuscript, the publisher shall be responsible for proofreading the manuscript signed according to the author's signature; if the author looks at the proof, he or she will only make individual modifications on the proof and will return it to the publisher after signing within one day. If the proof is not refunded on time or the typesetting fee is increased due to excessive modification, the author should bear %.

Article 9 Before the publication of this work for the first time, if the publisher damages or loses the manuscript, he shall compensate the author for economic losses not less than 50% of the basic manuscript.

After the first publication of this work, the manuscript is processed in one of the following ways:

Return the author within the day;
The author is retained by the publisher and returned to the author.

Article 10 After the publication of this work for the first time, the publisher shall give a copy of the author's book.
Each time you reprint the gift book.

The publisher agrees that the author himself purchased the book at a wholesale discount within the month after the publication of the work.

Article 11 Within one year of the first publication of this work, the publisher may reprint it on its own. If the publisher needs to reprint after one year, the author should be notified in advance and sent a correction; after receiving the notice, the author should notify the publisher of the modification within one month, otherwise the publisher will reprint it according to the original.

Article 12 If the work is confirmed to be out of stock by the general issuing institution of the publisher's region, the author has the right to request the publisher to reprint it. If the publisher refuses to reprint, or does not reprint it within the year after the author makes the request, the author has the right to repeal this contract. Article 13 The date of publication and the method of payment of the revised version of this work shall be negotiated and supplemented by the parties as an attached file of this contract.

Article 14 If the publisher allows a third party to reprint the work in an excerpted or selected form during the period of validity of the contract, the author shall, with the prior consent of the author, send a copy of the contract signed with the third party and other relevant files to the author, and Two-thirds of the remuneration received from a third party is paid to the author.

Article 15 The author authorizes the publisher to authorize the third party to use the following rights during the validity of the contract. The publisher will sign the contract with the third party and other copywriters of the relevant files and pay the author to the third party in the following proportions. Article 16 If one party believes that the other party has violated the terms of the contract, it shall be settled by negotiation between the two parties, or the higher authorities in charge of the agreement or the provincial-level publishing management agency may mediate, or may sue in court.

Article 17 This contract shall come into force on the date of signing and shall be valid for the year. If either party requests to extend the contract period, it shall notify the other party three months before the expiration of the contract, and whether the extension is agreed by both parties.

Article 18 The terms of this contract shall be supplemented or changed and agreed upon by both parties.
