Both parties have reached the following agreement on the publication of the above works:
Article 1 Party A grants Party B the exclusive right to use the __ text of the above works in the form of books in the __ area during the validity period of the contract.
Article 2 Party A guarantees that it has the first right granted to Party B. If the exercise of the above rights violates the rights and interests of others, Party A shall bear full responsibility and compensate for the losses caused to Party B, and Party B may terminate the contract.
Article 3 The content, length, style, chart, appendix, etc. of the above works shall meet the following requirements:
Article 4 Party A shall deliver the draft of the above works to Party B by __year __月__ day. Party A shall not deliver the manuscript on time for any reason. Article 9 The methods and standards for Party B to pay compensation to Party A are:
Basic remuneration plus printed remuneration: __ yuan / per thousand words × thousand words + number of prints × basic draft %. or
One-time payment: __ yuan.
Royalty: __ yuan × % × sales number *. The minimum number of prints is the book.
Article 10 Party B shall prepay __% of the above remuneration to Party A within __ days after the signature of the contract, and the rest shall be paid off on the __ day after publication.
Article 11 The manuscript delivered by Party A does not meet the requirements stipulated in Article 3 of the contract, and Party A refuses to modify it according to the contract. Party B has the right to terminate the contract and ask Party A to return __% of the advance payment. If the requirements of Article 3 of the contract have not been met through repeated revisions, the advance payment will not be returned to Party B; if the advance payment is not paid, Party B shall pay Party A __% of the compensation as agreed in Article 9 of the contract.
Article 12 The above works are first published __ within the year, Party B may reprint it on its own. After the first publication of ___ years, Party B shall re-print Party B in advance. Article 15 During the period of validity of the contract, if the book is out of stock, Party A has the right to request Party B to reprint and reprint.
